Meh... haven’t listened to nor watched O’Reilly in years. He’s really insignificant in the realm of public conversation anymore. Beck is relevant, and people love that.

Mr. O’Reilly (correctly) suspects that his job is in jeopardy.

I saw the interview, and I can’t tell you what I was screaming at the television. Bill Orielly needs to go away. Far, Far away. Maybe Msnbc?

I no longer watch BOR. He has nothing of interest for me on his over-rated show.

I could tell for months that Oreilly was jealous of Beck. Just look at the ratings. Beck still has a Radio show AND his 5:00pm show gets great ratings...if Beck and OReilly switched timeslots...Beck’s ratings would surpass Oreilly’s and Oreilly would strugglet to keep up with Shep.

Beck just schooled O’Reilly when he turned to the camera and said something like “America, when did we stop being concerned about communism?”, after O’Reilly tried to dismiss the commie connections of Obama as unimportant. O’Reilly was clearly knocked back on his heels after Beck’s comment. It was great. O’Reilly’s a big turd.

I would dance on the ceiling if Beck manages to bounce O’Reilly out of his time slot ;-)

Kudos to anyone who still watches BOR. I stopped a year ago, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything...

I was just thinking, as I watched that segment, that the two actually have a pretty good chemistry. Glenn is relaxed, gets exposure to a huge audience...a good thing. O’Reilly always says something dumb. But I don’t think he seemed hostile or jealous. If he was, he wouldn’t give him the exposure.

O’Reilly has been having Beck on his show lately to boost his own ratings.

O’Reilly was patronizing and petty beyond belief. But for Glenn announcing that he would appear on BOR’s show tonight, I wouldn’t have watched.
O’Reilly ought to be ashamed. He owes Glenn and the viewers a heartfelt apology.

Billy boy says he calls it being an "equal opportunity employer".
He was trying to reduce the gravity of Beck's accomplishment by making light of it. It is his way...if he can make a joke out of it, he can justify in his own mind his lack of attention to it.
I'm wondering if Beck's appearances on O'Reilly are a network mandate and not Bill's choice. He is transparently jealous of Glenn, but that is not odd behavior for a colossal egomaniac. He sometimes puts on an interesting show, though...credit going mostly to his panelists.

Please move the Glen Beck show to a later time; or at least have a re-broadcast of his fabulous program in the 6-10pm timeframe.
Many of us in the MST and PST are either at work, or are fighting traffic on the way home when his show airs. Being able to sit down and eat dinner while watching Glens informative show would be great as an added plus, it would be yet another hour that Fox would dominate in the ratings game.
Sincerely
My real name

BOR is of no value to either side, he is just irrelevent and quite BOR-ing.
Geesh, he has x’ed himself out. Nobody from either side likes him.
