Van Jones took a bullet for his boss.

After more than a week of withering criticism for past comments, Jones has resigned as an advisor to the White House on green jobs.

The White House announced the news in the early hours of Sunday morning. In a statement, Nancy Sutley, Chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, thanked Jones "for his valuable contributions to the Council on Environmental Quality. Over the last six months he has been a strong voice for creating 21st century jobs that improve energy efficiency and utilize renewable resources. We appreciate his hard work and wish him the best moving forward."

a week where the MSM never mentioned it except for small online articles apparently. Now they're forced to admit there was a controversy, they still won't say the truth of course. Their viewers and readers should wonder why they hadn't heard any of this "week of withering criticsm"

Interesting he should say 'reform'.

I don’t think Glenn Beck will let this go. The issue is not Van Jones. The issue is Obama.

Glenn has been asking the White House if Obama has been intentionally surrouding himself with radical socialists or has he been incompetent in ignorantly allowing radicals to infiltrate his administration? Those are the questions Glenn wants answered, and he ain’t through asking.

Either Obama is a communist and has been stacking his deck with radical socialists, or he is incompetent and allowed a bunch of radical socialists to infiltrate his administation. Beck has him checkmated. Obama can win this.

Since the White House will never answer these question, Glenn Beck will be free to ask it over and over for the remainder of Obama’s term. Only the focus of his questions will change. It was Van Jones, as the most glaring example.

I think he goes after Valerie Jarrett next.

Now you know why the MSM fixated on Van Jones calling conservatives “aholes”. By doing so, they can use that as the reason he was drummed out of the White House, rather than for being a crazy, racist communist.
