So does anyone know which one was actually submitted?

For example, maybe they noticed they forgot an important phrase and reworked the document...or vice a versa...they saw a phrase they wanted taken out.

This is of note, the person who witnessed the document would likely remember signing 2 documents.

From what I gather, different states have different
requirements. The stamped one I read was supposedly
from South Carolina election officials signifying
their receipt.
