Our bad economy has just begun, and 0’s administration lacks the philosophic and economic understanding of the free market to prevent a catastrophic collapse. Get ready for round two.
Remember, when amateur historians talk about the "Fall of Rome" they are talking about a slow gradual process that took centuries, even after Rome was first sacked by barbarians. Romans in the Spanish countryside didn't even notice until Moslems started to show up after 800 AD.
Just a caution against panicky reactions, although in the long run I am not optimistic that we won't need to shed blood for liberty.
I go with Thoreau, who warned "It is not in the nature of wisdom to do desperate things."
Think about it. Every person and nation in the world has a stake in the US.
If chaos erupts here...the rest of the world is in truly DIRE straits.
If there was a legitimate threat to the current US regime (the form of government that has existed for over 200years, and now resides in the WH, Congress and USSC)...WORLDWIDE chaos would ensue.
Who has the nukes? Who can issue launch orders? Will those orders be obeyed? Where is the MONEY? Who will honor the bonds?
Sheesh. It would be the end of the world.

All of the above + the "Swine Flu Crisis" brought to fruition by the US Government.
We’ve already got ample evidence that the idiots in D.C. can’t do basic math. :-) November eh? That’s just a little later than we would have thought.

credit crashed in 2007, it was a huge part of americans spending money.
the fed and government stepped in and have become ‘credit’, but we are so bankrupt at every level (personal, city, state, federal, private and public) that we are now just playing accounting games.
as soon as someone says ‘no’ to us in a big way, the dollar is done.
get euros.
Hope they are wrong.
We have ducks in a row here for all but the worst. We won’t be caught web errr flat footed ever again.
Self reliant lifestyle is here to stay.
You’re right. I’ve talked to a lot of people who won’t get the shot. I wonder if they want to make it mandatory?
Does he view that as a good thing or a bad thing?
I don’t know.
You have to be basically skeptical of any Russian talking about real world economics.
