There was a lot of discussion earlier today. As pointed out. Even if they destroyed the paper copy of his original birth certificate, a copy MUST, by law, be on microfilm, or some other storage.

The B.C., which does NOT exists is just a minor thing here and frankly irrelevant!

The Constitutions requirements has NOT been met for this illegal alien and usurper in the White House. BOTH parents MUST be U.S. citizens (sssss = plural)!!

The affirmative Action's now PINO sneaked himself via the Senate into the W.H. The race card, which we saw played out in Cambridge and in the W.H., was used very effectively to silence anyone who dared to question his proper eligibility for the office of the Presidency. Even Bill Clinton was effectively silenced with the slap of the race card!!!

Hawaii destroyed all paper documents? Really? I wonder..

Interesting to me is that he never carted out granny Madelyn Dunham in public during the campaign!

Hillary carted out her mom!!

Granny Dunham died just before the election from a "Hip Replacement" (???). If any connection here it makes the whole election a scam, which it is!!!

First, is it a fact that original paper copies of birth certificates were destroyed in Hawaii?

Second, if they were destroyed then how does one go about verifying place of birth without the original imbossed document—or embossed copy of the original?

Third, if they were destroyed, there must be microfilm or other electronic storage facility for birth certificates. They are an essential part of proving we are who we say we are—afterall.

All we have so far from the Onada’s defenders are statements and bogus “documents” that prove or disprove nothing.

The desperation of those trying to make Onada a ligitimate citizen qualified to run for the Office of President is really telling at this point.

Because I was curious I checked out the copy of my birth certificate which I keep in a safe deposit box. Even it is embossed. Most of us with any brains keep a copy of the original in some safe place. It’s the simplest way to prove place of birth for things like driver licences and passports.

So, Dear Leader, show us the beef—as the lady used to say. This issue would not be ongoing if not for Onada’s refusal or inability to produce a valid birth certificate.

Hawaii is not the most “on the Ball” “state” now is it? HI should have NEVER been let into the union.

If I were the Onada, I would have destroyed the document if I could. But to do that would require complicity on the part of some Hawaii public official(s).

Does anyone know exactly what Hawaii public official(s) has actually said anything about Onada’s birth certificate and his alleged place of birth?

It seems to me all I keep hearing are Onada spokespeople going out in front microphones and referencing unnamed second or third persons in Hawaii who are alleged to have said this or that.

Clinton signed legislation in 2001 that allowed states to convert to digital information and discard their paper. Hawaii converted the information with the birth certificate records over to digital and discarded their paper. The original birth certificate is now an image file and is still intact. All they do when someone wants their certified copy of their birth certificate is that they print out their high resolution image original stamp and certify it and you’ve got your certified birth certificate. Nothing is lost and/or changed, except the fact of “going digital”...

Hey everyone;

E-Mail CNN and thank Lou Dobbs for covering the Obama “non natural born citizen” issue. Ask them to require that Obama presents his original long form birth certificate to prove whether he is eligible to serve as President since he may not be a natural born citizen:

There are MANY sources out there with his original BC ... only thing is...HE HAS THEM ALL SEALED!
Someone has “re-created” his entire life without any real proof. His fabricated life is a total lie. What he’s hiding is HUGE!!!

Think of all the laws we have against "identity theft" -- and this is the BIGGEST identity theft of all.

They are hiding not just the chicanery re Zero — for decades Hawaii has been giving false documentation to foreign (slave) workers.

Yes, Nguyen and Boulais v. INS, Jan 9, 2001. There are many, as I said, who don't feel that is “fair”. The founders were justifiably concerned lest someone born of US citizens, but raised on foreign soil, acquire allegiance to the country of his birth. The other protection, both parents citizens, was because the allegiance of a non-citizen parent is not likely to be to the US, just as Obama’s father, a Marxist and Muslim, is not likely to have passed on the Barry the great importance of our form of government based upon laws, and not charismatic men.

I disagree, integrity is lost. Digital images are too easy to manipulate. Authenticity is important in archiving vital records, they’ve compromised that.

But, I am still not convinced that CNN is correct in their claim the paper was destroyed. There seems to be room for argument there, too. More questions.

“Nothing is lost and/or changed, except the fact of “going digital”...”

Absolutely! Not only was McCain weak, but he shared with Obama Article II non-compliance. That was never a secret. There were many hearings, but not much reported about it (nothing that I saw) during the six months preceding the election.

It is also at least worth keeping in mind that McCain was generously supported by Soros-backed organizations. It may have been to support and reward McCain for McCain-Feingold, which played very well with the state-run media. But it certainly bothers me.

So The Marxist Onada continues to play now you see it, now you don’t with the birth certificate.

I think they were pretty confident they could ultimately slide by the issue. They almost got away with it.

But when the military officer filed his suit against Onada, there was no putting the genie back in the bottle. And now a judge has committed to hearing the case on “its merits”. It would seem the appropriate thing to do to clear the air once and for all. If Onada had nothing to hide he would be encouraging it.

Despite everything that’s been written and said from Onada and his camp, I have yet to see a Hawaii bureaucrat directly quoted on Onada’s citizenship qualification or the existence of an official Hawaiian birth certificate documenting Onadas birth place. None of the documents presented so far include an actual stamped birth certificate. It appears they may een be outright fakes, but I’ll leave that for others to determine. The bottom line is that Onada has yet to present any credible evidence that he meets the Constitutional requirement of having to be born on American soil to qualify as an American presidential candidate.

Does anyone have a different take?

Well, then this is already a done deal. According to this case, Nguyen and Boulais v. INS, Jan 9, 2001, it was ruled upon 8 years ago, not 50 or 150 years ago. Obama and McCain are ineligible. I have no regard for either one of them, because they both knew what they were doing. Why are we wasting our time with the birth certificate? Why not just cite this case over and over again.

You said -- So The Marxist Onada continues to play now you see it, now you don’t with the birth certificate.

--

Well, Obama did swear an oath, at least -- 50 different times and places -- that he is fully qualified under the Constitution, to be in the Office of President of the United States. And as far as "getting away with it" I presume you mean still being in office. And if that's what you mean, yeah, he's still in office...

And then you were saying -- "The bottom line is that Onada has yet to present any credible evidence that he meets the Constitutional requirement of having to be born on American soil to qualify as an American presidential candidate."

--

Well, there is no legal requirement that a candidate produce his birth certificate. The Constitution says he *must* meet those qualifications, and he swears under oath that he does (and like I said, 50 different times for at least 50 places). This is the same thing done by all other candidates and they did not have a legal requirement to produce their birth certificates either.

You said — I disagree, integrity is lost. Digital images are too easy to manipulate. Authenticity is important in archiving vital records, they’ve compromised that.

Well, different methodologies are being developed for “integrity” in digital storage and that will be a different kind of integrity. When you move from one major technology to another, you’re not going to have the same procedures and methodologies for “integrity” for both. They *each* developed methodologies for integrity, given the technology that it represents.

And, you can pretty well be guaranteed that we’re not moving back into paper, but we’re dispensing with paper, as a society, in all that we do and store and refer to. If anyone should know this — it should be FReepers as all that we talk about, reference and examine is all on the basis of “digital”....

No one is going to stop society’s move to be completely digital no matter what you want to “carry over” (from the integrity standpoint) from paper to digital... it won’t work that way...

I wasn’t arguing the move to digital, I was only arguing that something, indeed, was lost if the paper original was destroyed.

The age of the paper the original was printed on for example.
