What Constitutional duty? Sure the Constitution says "natural born" but it neither gives a definition, nor, any enforcement mechanism, as I understand it. We are left with raising the consciousness of the people as to what is actually going on and for that we need to get our facts in order. Whenever I get some good, substantiated fact on this issue nailed down, I go to Talking Point Memo and hit 'um again, and again, and keep hitting them until the voices get too loud to ignore. ex animo davidfarrar

“What Constitutional duty?”

You will find that many in this forum have been working for more than a year to understand the issues, discover the facts and speak knowledgeably about the matter. Some of us did not come along until a month or so prior to the primaries.

Fortunately for all of us, some of the material has been on the record for decades; for instance, 3 USC 15.

The duty I refer to is found in the 20th A.:
