This data was essential to the terrorists wanting to explode dirty bombs. If an instillation is near a major metro area, just watching the prevailing winds will tell the terrorists when to attack/explode the storage facility. Nowhere in this article or any others that I've read on the subject say a single word about Obama himself releasing this information to the public. The headline is bogus.
