Marco Rubio Speach
Marco Rubio Campaign Website ^ | 05/27/2009 | Marco Rubio

I think Floridians will be missing the boat if they vote for Christ. Rubio seems to have what it takes to get things done for conservatives without compromise. Watch the speech on his homepage. It pretty darn good.

I think I'd vote for Christ no matter what ticket he was on. : )

They should vote for Barabas instead?

Isn't it "Crist"?

I corrected it above right after I posted. That’s about as bad as saying “I voted for it before I voted against it”

People like Rubio, Sarah and Bobby, young, articulate conservatives, are not the future, they are the present. The old guard needs to retire now.

What's his position on amnesty?

Here we have a true conservative, Rubio, who gets it and who follows through on what he says. The fact that he is handsome and charismatic shouldn’t be held against him.

Rubio is part of the Bush old guard.

By old guard, I mean the east-coast moderate types that seem to be pulling the GOP towards rat-lite.

What do you mean by “Bush old guard”?

He brags about being a Jeb Bush protege. He’s already been endorsed by Jeb Jr. He mentions several times on his website that he’s Hispanic. I have nothing against anyone being Hispanic, but a politician going on and on about it is a warning sign, especially anyone allied with the Bushes.
