As with all other Democrat scandals... the perp is painted as the VICTIM, and is Promoted to higher ranks of the Democrat Party.
Sometimes to get the truth, you need to waterboard. Let’s get the equipment ready for Nancy. I’d rather see her in a wet towel contest (while under oath) rather than a wet Tee shirt contest.
What’s the most likely result?
Pelosi will be named to explain why Obama does not need to produce his long form Birth Certificate allegedly issued by Hawaii.
My answer: 4.5
Reasoning: The CIA will extract their “pound of flesh” from Nan at cruicial points (Budget time, for instance) and over policy matters (CIA hardline in Pakistan). They will leak at opportune moments to immobilize her oppostion.

Republicans manage to force her to testify in any “torture” related hearings

It will go away quickly by way of distraction.
I think she was banking on the Notre Dame flap sidetracking it enough to let her get by... but I’m sure Obama will be able to come up with something more newsworthy within a week.

With Cajones - She will either resign or the Republicans will win some serious concessions from Obama and will still use it in 2010.
Without Cajones - Democrats blame the Republicans who cave in and lose more seats in 2010 because Pelosi and the Mediacrats blame Republicans for a witchhunt without merit.

dittos to ‘all is forgiven’ valk. our gutless side will not have the stones to pursue this any farther. now if the situation were reversed the democRATS would completely destroy their target, fast and with no mercy.

It’s interesting, again, that the Democrats stand behind their liars, while the GOP gets rid of our scum. I still think this is a strength, but it’s at best a mixed blessing.
