Let’s prosecute everyone, Republican or Democrat, who allowed these techiques. The U.S. prosecuted the Japanese for waterboarding and Reagan did the same when he prosecuted a sheriff who engaged in that method. Torture clearly violates the law.

There is no relation to this method that we use - our type of boarding only gives you the feeling that you are going to drown - it doesn’t actually cause harm.
