Let’s prosecute everyone, Republican or Democrat, who allowed these techiques. The U.S. prosecuted the Japanese for waterboarding and Reagan did the same when he prosecuted a sheriff who engaged in that method. Torture clearly violates the law.

Wrong. They filled the stomach with a couple o gallons of water and caused permanent injury. There is no relation to this method that we use - our type of boarding only gives you the feeling that you are going to drown - it doesn’t actually cause harm. You have been suckered by the repeated lies of the press...

You are entitled to your opinion, I will withold mine until Obama releases the documents that tell us how many terrorist operations were stopped.
