I was out wandering in the hall.
Having just re-read Jerry Pournelle’s book “Starswarm”, I decided to check in on him. He has a web site.
First sentence in “Starswarm” is “Kip could never remember a time when he couldn’t hear the Voice in his head.”
Hmm. It’s a good read, but to contrast his story with mine, Kip grows up, while the Voice remains the same.
In my book, the kid grows, but it’s the computer voice that does the maturing, if that’s what you want to call it.
Anyway ... what’s up?

Just got home from work.
I want to go plant the perennial son's girlfriend got me for mothers day, but there is no wind, so the bugs are thick.

Maybe there’s another reason why some of the old farmers planted things by moonlight.

"My age?" If I sent over that rejuvenation chamber from my unfinished book, at what age would you stop the reversal?
And with or without memories?

His stomach was still unsettled this morning, so it's better than it was. How about you? Feeling better?
I can't plant the annual flowers until after Monday, as we are expecting frost. Otoh, everyday that the ‘spaceman’ (that's what she calls herself) walks by the garden, with the plant she gave me sitting in it's pot, she looks at it, as if to ask herself why it hasn't been planted yet.
Maybe there will be some wind tomorrow after work.
Bob, mosquitoes and black flies come out at night too....how does the moon help?

LOL, I know.
If I was 33, I’d have probably picked 17 as well, but I was at my physical best at 30, with the experience I didn’t have when I was 17.
I wonder what an 80 year old would say.

I’ve already heard that answer from someone who was 83.
*chuckle*
I ‘peaked’ at 25, and it was/is downhill from there for me.
