An explosive video being shopped to media outlets has plunged the White House and Vice President Joe Biden into a cocaine scandal, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The video shows a woman, who is represented by the seller and his attorneys to be Biden’s daughter Ashley, snorting several lines of cocaine.

The tape has been viewed by a RadarOnline.com freelance reporter who confirms the woman looks identical to Ashley Biden.

Tom Dunlap, an attorney for Dunlap, Grubb and Weaver in Washington D.C. is representing the seller of the tape in brokering a deal and several news organizations have seen the footage.

In addition to RadarOnline.com, representatives for the New York Post, a large British newspaper and the National Enquirer have all viewed the tape.

The woman on the tape clearly resembles Ashley Biden, 27, who is a social worker employed with the Delaware Department of Children, Youth and Families. She is also a board member of the Delaware YWCA organization.

The tape was shot this year.

On the tape a man cuts up five lines of what is said to be cocaine. The woman who the seller says is Ashley then jokes with the man that the lines aren’t big enough.

The man hands her a rolled-up dollar bill and she proceeds to walk a few steps to a table where the cocaine is cut. She pulls her hair back, bends down and snorts a line.

Four lines of white powdery substance are clearly visible on the table, which is in front of a computer.

After she snorts the first line, the woman said to be Ashley lifts her head and wipes her nose. She then snorts a second and third line before the tape cuts off.

The tape was made without her knowledge. It is being shopped for $250,000.

The events on the tape are represented as taking place at a party in Wilmington, Delaware and the woman said to be Ashley is with a boyfriend.

The cocaine is done amid a party scene with loud music playing and several people talking at the same time.

The tape is approximately two minutes in length.

News clips show that Ashley Biden was once arrested for marijuana possession while she was a college student in New Orleans in 1999. The charges were later dismissed.

In 2002, The Los Angeles Times reported that Ashley, then 21, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing a police officer outside a Chicago bar.

RadarOnline.com is attempting to reach Ashley Biden for comment.

I went to CNN to see if they had anything on this. No big flashy headlines like they have when a Palin get a parking ticket, but it was there. I did a search and about seven or eight articles came up. Most noted that the crack-ho was allegedly filmed snorting three lines through a dollar bill, but it is there.

On another note, my anti-virus program went apechit on that sight. I don't know what they're doing there but my a-v program assures me that it filtered out a bunch of nasty stuff there.

The daughter of Democratic Sen. Joseph Biden of Delaware was arrested early Saturday morning in Chicago after two people she was with allegedly attacked a police officer.

Ashley Biden, 21, was in the West Division Street nightlife district about 1:15 a.m. when a friend, John Kaulentis, 24, of Deerfield, threw a soft-drink can at a police officer who had told him to stay behind a barricade set up to keep clubgoers off the street, said police spokesman Thomas Donegan.When the officer tried to take Kaulentis into custody, Kelly Donohoe, 21, of Lake Forest, allegedly jumped on the officer’s back, striking him in the mouth with her fist, Donegan said.

When a second officer approached to assist, Biden “verbally intimidated him” and was also arrested, Donegan said. Biden, a student at Tulane University in New Orleans, was charged with obstructing a police officer. She was in Chicago visiting family.

Kaulentis was charged with battery and resisting an officer, and Donohoe was charged with battery and obstructing and resisting a police officer. All three were released on their own recognizance.

And from the Tribune, Oct. 30, 2002:

The daughter of a U.S. senator and two of her friends were cleared Tuesday of criminal charges stemming from a fracas with Chicago police after they apologized to the officers.

Obstruction charges were dropped against Ashley Biden, 21, a college student in New Orleans and the daughter of Sen. Joseph Biden (D-Del.), officials said. Battery charges were dropped against John Kaulentis, 24, of Deerfield, and Kelly Donohoe, 21, of Lake Forest, according to the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.The three were arrested after an August incident outside a nightclub on West Division Street. Jerry Lawrence, a spokesman for the state’s attorney’s office, said the case was dropped in exchange for a public apology in Misdemeanor Court.

Will ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN or MSLSD even report it or have anyone looking into it? The libs and the media made a huge story when one of the Bush girls stuck her tongue out. I would have to say putting your nose to the mirror is a lot worse. But they wont see it that way. In their eyes this girl will be a victim who is entitled to her privacy and if this is some kind of an addiction, she needs out support as she goes through recovery. The article says the tape was made without her knowledge. Did you read it? I know they have posted other articles on this but this is the first one I have seen that actually confirmed the tape exists although they have laced the article with phrases like,"it resembles Ashley", but kind of blow that when they say the tape was made without her knowledge.

(Reuters) – A fund of hedge funds run by two members of VP Joe Biden's family was marketed exclusively by firms controlled by Texas financier Allen Stanford, charged by regulators with an $8 billion fraud, the Wall Street Journal said.

The $50 million fund was jointly branded between the Bidens' Paradigm Global Advisors LLC and a Stanford Financial Group entity, and was known as the Paradigm Stanford Capital Management Core Alternative Fund, the paper said.

Stanford-related companies marketed the fund to investors and also invested about $2.7 million of their own money in the fund, the paper said, citing a lawyer for Paradigm. Paradigm Global Advisors is owned through a holding company by the vice president's son, Hunter, and Joe Biden's brother, James, according to the paper.

Paradigm's attorney, Marc LoPresti, who represents Hunter Biden and James Biden, as well as Paradigm, told the paper he did not know which Stanford entity invested the roughly $2.7 million.

He told the paper the Bidens never met or communicated with Stanford.
