Disgraced financial terrorist Bernard Madoff pleaded guilty to 11 felony charges and was sentenced to life in prison. He ripped off individuals, charitable organizations, trusts, pension funds and hedge funds. Madoff ran a broad Ponzi scheme that swindled investors out of at least $50 billion dollars.

He’d better wind up in “Federal Pound Me In The Ass” Prison

Everyone is still angry at him, but there is nothing more that can be done to him. He will end his days in prison.

Madoff ran a broad Ponzi scheme

All that effort, and couldn't even get a scheme named after himself. Still playing second fiddle to Ponzi. He'll have all his life to ponder that one.

Can take away the 70 million from his wife. Sell his NY property and slpit the money. Put his family in a FEMA trailor in Mississippi. I would allow food stamps or those cards they give welfare people.

He will never be put into the prison general population mix.

So the usual Big Bubba jokes can be dispensed with.

Actually, he should be sentenced to a life of hard labor breaking up all those rocks around Sen. Dodd's "cottage" in Ireland.

You know, that punishment is NOT one in our laws, and as much as I dislike thieves like this fellow, no one deserves that. Death maybe, but cruel and unusual punishment administered by inmates, and not the state, no. I’m pretty sick of people here acting like prison rape is a good thing. It’s not. Where are your morals?

I was thinking his crime is quite big enough for a death penalty.

Can take away the 70 million from his wife

First they have to connect her wealth to his and prove she was involved. I don't know the law on this, but if they have not gone after it yet, there may be certain protections she has.

Sell his NY property and slpit the money.

Maybe. However homesteading laws may forbid this as long as his spouse is alive.

Put his family in a FEMA trailor in Mississippi. I would allow food stamps or those cards they give welfare people.

They used to horse whip, tar and feather people and force indentured servatude also. Perhaps if the Muslims take over, we might see it again.

So what’s the difference between Madoff, Duke Cunningham, Barney Frank, and Chris Dodd ........ ?

Answer: Two of them were elected by the left wing.

Oh yeah, and Cunningham actually did something for this country before he got so far off track. I might be mistaken but, GW could have pardoned Duke I think.

Frank and Dodd should be playing cards with Madoff daily. If that doesn’t happen you might as well let Madoff go because the country is gone anyway. I know, it’s a little off the subject. Selective justice just is I guess.

The judge simply needs to say “You took away everything from your victims, now I am going to take away everything from you. Your money, your dignity, your freedom, and yes, even that @%#^ing 70 million dollars your wife says she inherited. If you don’t think that’s fair, I’ll let you keep it all, and just lock you in a room with the people you cheated for 10 minutes”.

Manhattan Correctional Center — former home of John Gotti, Jr. and ‘’sheikh’’ Rahman. NOT a nice place.

With an Obama regime in power, how many of us face keeping Madoff company for a while - jail time - for simply owning a corporate jet, driving an SUV, refusing a wind turbine on our property, owning a share of a coal mine, being a global warming denier. Or worse: fighting ACORN, illegal campaign contributions, fighting Congressional corruption, exposing Administration tax cheats?

The list is endless....this is CHANGE!
