The Andrea Shea King Show has decided to give the Plaintiffs a voice! Andrea Shea will be scheduling time into her upcoming shows to have the Plaintiffs of the filings on her show.

Who are the plaintiffs? They could be you! In addition to the current actions including the Military and Politicians Actions to legally question eligibility, Dr. Taitz will head two more actions. You will now have a voice.

All work is done Pro Bono. Please help with these new filings.

New consent forms will be made available shortly for these two new legal actions. One will be for Federal Employees, the next will be for Citizens.

Orly fell in to a trap set by BO’s lawyer’s in her military case. Essentially Orly’s military case has been shut down by bo’s lawyers.

I was working very closely with Orly on her military case before she made the mistake with Lt. Easterling. Other than her plan to publicize Lt. Easterling’s involvement in the case I know all about her military case. I wrote part of the Brief and reviewed the entire Brief.

I advised Orly to list all Active Military as John Does in the Complaint and to not reveal the names of any Active Military. Obviously, Orly did not follow my advice.

I agree with you about Phil Berg. He has handled his cases in a very professional manner, only revealing what he is ethically allowed to reveal and only when such revelations are productive.

I have spoken with Gary Kreep and he strikes me as a lawyer who knows what he is doing too.

I don’t know the other lawyers involved in these cases, but I trust that all are doing the best job that they know how to do. This is an extremely difficult litigation without a lot of precedent.

You left off that the poseur-in-chief is also resettling more than a hundred thousand Palestinians (yeah, the rabid hate America types right from Gaza) to the United States using taxpayer millions. I wonder why the affirmative action kenyan klown doesn't just issue a pardon to bin Laden and invite him and a hundred thousand alQaeda to reside here? Obama is not just dangerous for US, he is an assassin to America!

What about this was cause that BO's lawyers were able to shut her case down? And why couldn't she still do the same case but with John Does instead?

Those are the people who will be in his loyal private army. Our own military won't kill American citizens, even under orders, so he has to import someone who will.

Can’t really get into the details since Orly has got into enough trouble already and I certainly don’t want it to get any worse for her.

But trying to salvage said case would be like trying to get the cows out of the barn after the barn is already on fire.

It is not impossible but extremely difficult and dangerous.

Why bother with the difficulty and danger of Orly’s case when then are other cases to join that don’t have these extremely difficult and dangerous problems?

I have heard form Phil Berg and Gary Kreep and their cases appear to be progressing well through the Courts.

Berg announced on the Michael Savage Show last week that he is about to file his 4th Lawsuit against BO. I fully expect that said Lawsuit will be the Breakthrough Case against BO.
