This one is wrong on many levels. Most blatant is letting the U.N. administer the funds, {Do you remember the fraud and waste in the U.N.’s “Food for Oil” program?}
Gifting that much, when our own economy is in “Crisis” {I’m quoting Pres. Obama, there}, is like over-spending on Christmas Gifts and Charities while failing to pay one’s own Mortgage.

Letting the U.N. spend it “for US”, is insanity! Even when the remaining un-stolen gift dollars arrive, in Gaza, The card will read “From the U.N.”!

If these dollars must be spent on Gaza, let Google, the rest of silicon valley & NASA control the money. They should, first, use it to make any and all new and old Gaza Smuggling Tunnels instantly findable on the internet. Once anyone can spot a coming Smuggle Tunnel, the rest can be used for Aid, and clearly labeled as coming from the U.S.A.
