There are about 13 cats that are not fixed that run in my neighborhood. My neighbors let them out on a regular basis. As such there is a decent feral population as well. I would gladly donate these cats to the fishermen. Where do I send them. As a matter of fact they can have my neighbors too.
You understand these animals feel fear and severe pain just like a human would, right?
