How Much Longer Can They Sell Darwinism?
From Sea to Shining Sea ^ | 1/4/09 | Purple Mountains

All across the country, archeologists, paleontologists and biologists are taking part in what is perhaps the greatest example of political correctness in history – their adherence to Darwinism and their attempts to ostracize any scientist who does not agree with them. In doing so, they are not only ignoring the vast buildup of recent scientific discoveries that seriously undermines the basics of Darwinism, but they are also participating, due to politically correctness, in a belief system that indirectly resulted in the deaths of millions of people – those slaughtered by the Stalins, the Hitlers, the Maos, the Pol Pots and others who took their cue from Darwinism’s tenets.

Sounds as if it’s time for Sproul to be put out to pasture.

My legs are long enough to reach the ground and I am symetrical. Further proof that there is a Master Artist and Artist.

I'm betting the evidence that you are actually asymetrical will not be admissible as proof to the contrary.

No flukes.

Actually, there are flukes. Aslo roundworms, flatworms, viruses, prions, malaria and other parasites.

But you hold onto that thought about it all being the deliberate work of a designer or designers. By their fruit you shall know them.

Then why did your master engineer design us in such a way that our body often attacks and damages itself?

I do not agree that we have the fossil record to support your zillions of evolutionary paths. On this we will have to agree to disagree. As a product of public school, I began life as a darwinist, but as I get older, as I observe God keeping tight score, as I unsuccessfully try to reason the holes in evolution, as I study the Bible and history (it is a history book, ya know), I will have to keep my faith in God and literal interpretation of the Book. You may cling your faith in evolution. Go for a ride in the wide open west and look at the vivid colors, texture, and beauty of the landscape and tell yourself this was all by chance and a fluke.

What holes in evolution?

"But it has create two "missing links" on either side of it. "missing links" are increasing twice as fast as they are discovered. Take that, Darwin!"

Paleontologists tell us that most ancient species survived no more than a few million years, then died out, to be replaced by others better adapted to the changing environments.
They also say that every species is related to every other, more or less closely.

So, what's been found to date in the fossil record is a VERY small sampling of all the species which ever existed.
And, common features allow them all to be traced back to their common ancestors.
But the number of transitional forms varies from species to species, depending on the luck of what's been so far discovered.

These things are not so very hard to understand, imho.

Standard creationist anti-evolution and anti-science talking points.

All refuted long ago.

Why do you think that a earth supposedly hundreds of millions of years old would be stable enough to support all those hundreds of trillions of freak evolutionary paths?

...the only thing that has been proven is that viruses and bacteria can somewhat evolve.

Do they evolve or do they adapt? The difference between the two is crucial.

If viruses and bacteria adapt, that adaptation needs explaining. What is the mechanism? Why does adaptation always take place in the right direction and never in the wrong direction?

If viruses and bacteria evolve, why has this not been seen in any other living organism?

Is that admissible as contridictory evidence to the existence of a Master Artist?

Excellent point, I nearly posted evolve/adapt but I did not.

You have not followed my posts. I've said twice now that I believe God made the heavens, the earth and all its creatures. Science (including evolution) only tries to explain HOW He did it.

I look at the beauty of a western landscape, and I see layers upon layers of rocks, each a history of its time -- each a history of God's Work here on earth!

Those that adapted survived, those which didn't adapt died off.

But then there should be a record of billions of animals that adapted incorrectly. Instead, we find mostly ordered adaptation that takes place always in the right direction.

The believers in the religion of Science will never be convinced that their pernicious world view is just as destructive as Islam.

If you hate science so much then please tell me, what color do you paint your cave?

That isn't the way it happens.

Remember, the Bible is a collection of stories, not necessarily facts. Jesus always taught by use of parables to convey the message. The Old Testament is also a series of stories that convey they message, not necessarily to be taken literally.

This is something many religious people do not understand or accept, but something that is clear to anyone who has truly taken the time to understand the Bible.

Bush got in trouble for saying the same thing as I am.
