It doesnt say the ancestry.com said that the SS # was active. The poster got the number from Ancestry.com and then used intellius to gather more information.

I don’t see anywhere on that search that indicates that the person isn’t dead. Try doing the social security number for one of your dead relatives.

Actually, the story was out before Nov. 18th. It was just taken to Lambert’s blog on November 18th. Without permission too and Lambert knows that. (RIGHT KEITH??!!)
