What I heard ended just before midnight EST here – straight off the listen live button so I take it this was 1st or 2nd replay . I scrolled quickly though the comments. Posts creep over into Dec 2 here and see no new threads. This needs a new one IMHO. I am not speaking out of turn. I have the time here and think this must be posted clearly. Its taken me almost 90 minutes to compose this and no one, it seems as I check, is covering this on very latest thread(s).
I came into the broadcast as Donofrio was citing the emphasis on BOII’s dual citizenship AT BIRTH given papaBO was, as Kenya, a Brit. He and Thunder got into it pretty good on what be the case if papaBO wasn’t the papa. Donofrion insisted the case remains as BOII hasn’t offered (effectively-not quoting) an alternative, has been holding as he has from birth thru election, so it can’t effect case ( I think this was his thrust- the specific unsupplemented case- it got quite heated here). Thunder (somewhat?) relented and said he was testing LD as “contrarian” in prep for what may be coming.
IT SEEMS CORT’S REBUFF DUE TO THIS SEND-OFF OF HIS FEDEX TO ANTHRAX LAB HAS GOTTEN DONOFRIO, HALE AND THUNDER ON THE SAME PAGE- THAT AS MANY AS POSSIBLE (probably at this point-they’re sleeping on it) SHOULD GET TO DC THIS WEEK TO PROTEST ACTIONS OF THE CLERKS- SPECFICIALLY KEEP PROTEST TO THE MATTERS OF THE CLERKS. HALE AND THUNDER SAID THERE THAT THEY COULD GET THOUSANDS!! Donofrio emphasized it MUST be about McCain’s ineligibility as well as BO (inferring this cannot be a “remove Obama” protest).
THESE TWO TEXANS HALE AND THUNDER (and as Thunder says he’s got Indian blood in him too!) said they were able to get a thousand or so to the LA Times in 36 hr notice. I take it this was the protest just before the election on the non-release of the video tape of BHO dinner toasting Khalidi. The four will be talking Tues Dec 2 AM on appropriateness and timing of A PUBLIC PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE US SUPREME COURT.
It sounded like, from a Donofrio weak speculation that was really a suggestion, THURSDAY DEC 4 would be something to talk about.
Thunder said in there to Leo that Thunder has made many, many, MANY “new friends” on this and that Leo “would be VERY surprised at some who” were supportive of the matter!! Hale said that many were “CHOMPING AT THE BIT” to do something and this could be it.
After the others were off, Hale made a simple but rousing call to the listeners to book flights and get there. He didn’t fail to say as he was signing off it’ll be: “Goodbye Obama”.
I only wish I could go and meet some of these and you fine people. I simply can’t go. What patriots these people are! God Help them and protect them in this most noble cause. May this come about, dear Lord, and may it transpire as You Will, through the intercession of The Blessed Virgin Mary under the title of Immaculate Conception, so especially given as protectoress of our nation, which deserves nothing given what has taken place.
ON ANOTHER NOTE- Didn’t anyone hear the RUSH LIMBAUGH SHOW TODAY Dec 1 Monday? Substitute anchor Marc Davis let in a couple callers toward end. MD called it at outset with each caller (with a pregnant cynical sigh): “that pesky birth certificate” thing. You can bet there are many calls in on this the screeners just deal with as they do. Rush got NUMEROUS emails on it the week before the “election” and said so the Friday before it.
First caller did a very good job. Bob the Drafter paced himself well and said bit and got MD’s serious-enough attention, though it was finally a “this isn’t going anywhere” conclusion by MD twice, and especially at end. Bob actually mentioned he had spoken by phone to Andy Martin. I can’t recall all of Bob’s main points but he was on probably 3-5 minutes. He cited Berg and Donofrio definitely and I think a NY case and maybe Keyes. Just can’t recall, I was driving. I think Bob got in a complaint about cancelled efforts (like Berg, Martin) over improper “standing”. Bob was able to get MD to concede it all could be true but MD’s responses were very deft study in ignorance of case. MD was had a very odd kind of fence-sitting poise with feet firmly on the “no way” side. He did say either to this caller or next- well then you’d have President Joe Biden! MD seemed to be taking the stance that once Bam Bam was in that was about it. Don’t quote me but he did wax and wane a bit about such lack of precedence so as to be a murky swamp that would be a long lawyer’s feast.
Another caller came in, a young fellow on something-or-other (sorry I was in a bit of shock). Then he did field another call with a very few minutes left from a middle aged woman. I can’t recall her thrust or opening. This was a very short call, no more than 2 minutes and ended the show here Monday Dec 1.
He did cite to second caller the 20th Amendment Sec 3 “then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified”, though MD didn’t quite get 1st part of this correct (he left out at least “elect”), he was AS YOU MIGHT EXPECT VERSED ENOUGH TO CITE WHAT HE DID.
This caught the woman off guard! She did an audible “ooohhh” and said something to effect: oh, I hadn’t got to that! Neither he nor she were able to cite back the very next logical thing which was 12th Amendment and relation between a stymied Electoral College triggering throwing election to the House of Representatives into March 4! AMAZING! If the woman got this far how did she miss this?
MD said like a confident school principal looking down and giving a friendly shove(again not exact) this just wasn’t going anywhere, save all the keystrokes and go read a good book in a nice place.
Take what you will but I’ve tried to say before on this board Rush is NOT disparaging of the matter (so he sounded that final pre-election Friday at the outset of the show) and I don’t know Davis from a hole in the wall (though I’ve heard him sub before).
I’m not sure what Donofrio intends, but it does no harm to ask that ALL the candidates should produce their proofs of natural born citizenship. If McCain qualifies, then fine, no harm done.
As I understand it, McCain was not born in the Canal Zone, but over the border in a hospital in Panama proper. In the circumstances that may not disqualify him, but there’s no harm in asking the Court to vet all the candidates and declare which of them are disqualified.
Exactly! Does anyone wonder why McCain did not bring up Obama’s qualifications during the campaign? Maybe it was because he knew he also did not meet the standards of being a “natural born” citizen. Who knows. But the Constitution must be upheld!
Both of McCain’s parents were American citizens. Bambi’s dad was Kenyan and his mother was loose.

The application has been “refiled and submitted to Justice Scalia”. Apparently CW’s action can be included in LD’s supplemental filing to include same. Though I missed outset of broadcast, I take it the chicanery of the clerks has not panned out. As I recall even there he experienced severe docketing problems at hands of insipid or worse SCOTUS clerk(s). I take it LD’s ref so previously filed with the Donofrio supplementary materials, which as many know can only contain materials referencing outside cases / motions (or laws / bylaws) filed after initial stay motion, remains validly tied to CW’s motion, allowing potential wrapping by SCOTUS into one case, or at least providing further impetus to the LD case alone.
Donofrio says he’s heard people are coming in Friday AM. SCOTUS opens at 8:30 AM. Donofrio urges no signs. Public recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and quiet. Thunder then says to Donofrio he means “a vigil”, to which Donofrio agrees.
Dr. Orly comes in to say signs are desireable given so many are ignorant of the matters and with potential of major media showing up, it would be best to have signs. Donofrio disagrees and continues with this plea for respect for the court. Just your reporter here….
I see a poster or two have stated that there are daily protests that are invariably ignored unless they be unusually large, Others have said faxing is inappropriate (for protocol reasons), as I think Donofrio initially was saying, but for reason of simply not lobbying the SCOTUS. I think (the broadcast has not been archived yet) LD has relented and agreed enthusiastically that this could be done. Dr. Orly was also urging faxing on her cases behalf to CA court- fax number is given FOR CA CASE 310-203-0567. I didn’t take heading/title/address but you can find easily enough, I presume.

Yes, I’m not saying McCain wasn’t qualified to run. I think he probably was. He confronted the issue and congress agreed to support him—possibly, as we realized later, because they really wanted to shore up Obama, as the wording of their resolution unfortunately suggests.
Obama has a LOT more to answer than McCain. But there’s no harm in bringing both candidates before SCOTUS so they can examine the issues, and it gives an appearance of nonpartisanship—it doesn’t matter what party you belong to, you have to be qualified.

Regarding conservative media silence:
I believe staying off the topic, and utterly silent, until the EC votes on 15 Dec. is simply the smart strategy:
1. The blowback of a pre-EC disqualification would be uncertain, e.g. Electors re-directing their votes for Hillary or Biden (with unclear legality vs. DQ of the Electors themselves)
2. The MSM remains fixed into silence: no way to start the spin machine if the topic is not raised the first place (the counter-articles may already written and ready to be published when this finally breaks out into the open, as it surely will).
3. SCOTUS has no traction at the federal level until the Governors certify the EC results. The State-level appeals only play into the pre-EC DQ problem.
4. The real show will be the joint session of Congress on 6 Jan. and whether Cheney will open the EC letters or leave them sealed and cross the street for a SCOTUS ruling: he only needs two objections, one House and one Senate member.
5. The Constitution has a clear path for handling a DQ between 15 Dec. and 20 Jan., the process is much less clear if the DQ occurs before 15 Dec. (e.g. a stay on the entire election, imagine the damage to all parties, the stock market and the country).
Summary: My own belief is the smart money, including conservative media, are waiting for 15 Dec. to pass before starting a full court press. I also believe that SCOTUS will find the means to make the DNC be the primary actor, for instance by forcing a reasonable disclosure after 15 Dec. (not before the EC) but before 20 Jan., essentially making Pelosi, Reid and the DNC the fall guys in the media. The MSM will have a hard time over the holidays with any spin control leading up to the 6 Jan. vote for President-Elect. Checkmate.
