There is a GOOD chance Obama won't be qualified to serve. This will trigger an obvious fire storm. SCOTUS has to decide who then won. McCain or Joe Biden. I say they pick Joe to avoid meltdown. Plus Joe won by 10 million votes. Poor Joe picks Hillary as VP. At least the Left has the highly entertaining Joe and a woman VP. McCain will capitulate as usual. No fight left in him. And... the Right can, at least sleep at night.

The Establishment has figured out that Obama is nothing more than a photo-op. His lack of performance in the weekly crisis fiasco has been breathtaking and frightening. So, Right and Left, they see Joe as the guy who can heal the country with his sense of humor and... Hillary is one step away from the Oval Office. In four years, Joe takes the pension and Hillary takes the throne.

Obama takes the subway back to Chicago. Or, like ALGORE becomes an international “I've been screwed” crybaby.

The SCOTUS will not be determining who is the next President. All they have to do in this case is order the Sec. of State - N.J. to require all three Presidential candidates on the ballot to produce proof that they meet the eligibility requirements put forth by the U.S. Constitution.

I don’t put much stock in him but, I heard Hal Lindsay say the other night that if ‘o” is not eligible, because of a proper birth certificate, the dim party is disqualified and forfeits the election and John McCain takes over as President-elect, via the SCOTUS decision.

I do not know if this is fact or not, legally. But it makes for an interesting time.
