Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.
Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and I’ll update here as well…
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Judicial
Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, “DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

Yup. And it is fascinating. (while scary that a foreign born could be elected)
I do not understand exactly what this is about....but if it is in reference to 0bama's birth cert., Rush mentioned it but wussed out after 1 minute and said even if it was true (that 0bama is not qualified), that nothing would be done about it. Drudge stays away from it too...he's scared.
I firmly disagree with you. McCain will become the President when Obama is declared ineligible.... Surf around here at FR, there is some strong evidence against Obama.

Not likely that Dem electors would vote for Maverick McCain, er right wing McMain. However only 24 states require the electors to vote for whom pledged. (The original concept was of the electors as "wise" representatives of the people, not political party hacks). Some of those might vote for some other Democrat, perhaps She Who Must Not Be Named. Then if Obama were found to be ineligible the, and the election were thrown into the House, there would be a Democrat for the overwhelmingly Dem new House to vote for, since the Constitution requires them to select from the top 3 electoral college vote getters. If there were no unfaithful electors, that would be McCain, McCain and McCain, but I expect one or more "unfaithful" electors...just in case.
Three little requirements. Natural born citizen, 35 or over, and 14 years a resident of the US.
OK -- that would be better than Obama (anything would) -- but based on what criteria, other than "surfing around"?

Yes, at the end of the Lan’s show, Leo said he’d be back on Monday night. Don’t know about Plains Radio...
Love to stay informed, but I also want Leo to be prepared for Dec. 5 and any other stuff the NJ judicial system tries to pull off!

It was said on Overnight AM or Plains Radio that the FBI IS shadowing Leo...
Its still a state issue; the federal division has to prevail. They could only be challenged in the state courts.

You didn’t see a single one of these stupid, ugly rumors promoted by LGF, and we’re proud of that. Shame on the right-wing bloggers who let their fears convince them to throw their credibility away (you know who they are). This stuff has been very damaging to the McCain campaign, ...
But each one is different. That of the Big Kahuna, California, requires them to vote for the candidates of the *political party* whom they were elected to represent. So if Ubama is DQ'd before the electors vote, then they would have to vote for whomever the DNC, or the California Democratic Party, declares to be the candidate of their party.
Hillary might yet become President, either directly by electoral college vote, or if several different Dem candidates get electoral votes, but none get a majority, and the election goes to the House, which can then pick among the top three electoral vote getters.
Upside down, fine. But there's a bunch of folks on the "outside" with guns, who will see to it that it's not "inside out".
Exactly, if that really was the Ambassador, then he’s not a complete idiot, although in that part of the world many of them would be, but not the ones they send here. He knew he was being kidded about the 51st state and the national anthem, but may not have realized about our “natural born citizen” requirement, and had no problem saying that everyone knows the President Elect was born in Kenya. (Note there was no possible confusion with BHO Sr, since the DJs specifically said “The President Elect” or “President Elect Obama”.
