All I know is if I’m a conservative radio talk show host, and geography means nothing anymore, I’m relocating to Canada and broadcasting via shortwave and satellite.

I’d buy a shortwave or get a satellite subscription to hear something besides the claptrap on our media systems. FoxNews will be another target; “fair and balanced” doesn’t cut it with socialists.

Yep, I guess they would all go to Satellite.
I’d love to be able to hear Rush commercial free.
Can you imagine how Sirius stock would skyrocket?
I’m SURE Rush has already been in talks with them.
His salary will probably plummet though since he makes so much of his money from a percentage of the revenues he generates.
Something is going to happen as I’m sure that is zero’s FIRST order of business.

This could be a recipe for a civil war.

The “Fairness Doctrine” is to free speech what Title IX is to male college athletics.

All it will do is force consevitive talkradio to move to satilite, internet radio, and podcasting.

Fine by me. It would help destroy terrestrial radio stations, local advertising, and jobs. At this point, I'm all for anything that will stop feeding the beast that is the federal government. Fewer jobs, fewer tax receipts.

Yes, the second order of business will be to import and legalize tens of millions of third worlders, to make sure a Republican is never elected again.

The conservative underground is here, today, and every day from here forward until "he" is removed from office or defeated.

You can start by turning off the TV in retaliation to the media who elected "him".

“Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.”

Expect a LOT of executive orders, followed by confirming legislation from the now totally tame and subservient national legislature, and rulings from the compliant Federal judiciary, who face impeachment and removal from office if they resist, to be replaced by much more tractable and reliable candidates.

It is our duty, as Americans, to goad this monstrosity of a regime into taking itself over the cliff, and forcing the resulting period of anarchy. Use Saul Alinsky’s strategies against the governing power that got put in place by those same tactics.

Assume there shall be a complete suspension of the Constitution, and begin arranging for a new country to be carved out of the existing real estate. There are red and blue counties in every state. Try to form an alliance between all the red counties, ignoring state lines for now. The blue counties shall then be embargoed, and essentially put to siege, as most of them do not have the internal resources to survive without their dependence on the surrounding red counties. They want to be Cuba, let’s give them a taste of Cuba.

Also they can just air over the internet. I can get Beck or Rush through their insider programs. Last night Beck broadcast over the internet his election coverage. We have satellite radio too, but haven’t, so far, used it in the house...just the cars.

I think we’ll see a civil war withing the democrat party. Too many things promised to too many different people.

Not necessarily. There's 200-plus years of accumulated wealth to squander, not to mention the fruits of the labor of 25-50 million of us who produce more wealth than we consume.

It's feeding time at the democratic zoo, but it'll take a while for the parasites to kill the host.

Folks, you have too understand what is about too happen. Since the 1960s when the radical left tried to basically riot to over throw the government and establish their socialist empire, they have been planning for this day. YOU CAN BET YOUR LAST DOLLAR that they have a COMPLETE list of everything they WANT and are GOING TO ACCOMPLISH in the next two years before the next congressional elections. They will move immediately to put every one of those into law. The federal court system is now lost for 25 too 30 years. They will pack the courts with the most radical leftist judges they can pack in. COUNT ON IT. I am not trying to be a doom sayer here, I am simply stating facts. Facts that are now going to come true. This is their wet dream, TOTAL POWER, TOTAL CONTROL, UNSTOPABLE CONTROL. NOW THAT THEY HAVE IT, THEY ARE GOING TO DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP IT FOREVER!!!

Why wouldn’t the reinstatement of the Fairness Doctrine meet a court challenge?

Would conservatives just roll over and play dead?

Obama’s first test will likely be watching Russian tanks roll into Kosovo. Watching that would almost be worth it...

He’ll bring it back I think. And he will want to absolutely find a way to shut down YouTube. That led him to all sorts of uncomfortable moments, even without talk radio.

It wouldn’t hurt to join the KOS kids and stir up the pot.

And HuffPo. And...?

I like how you think.

The fairness doctrine? All I've seen for the last 3 months is obama’s face on every channel and magazine cover.

I think you're right though. Selling “fairness” to the masses should be pretty easy. Of course, everything coming out of a dem mouth is “fair” so there is no need for an opposing opinion.
