When I was nosing around on the FactCheck server files, I found graphic files for the announcement. I posted a sample here:

That file was linked to go out on another virtual server that resides on FactCheck, publicbroadcasting.net.
Then, on FactChecks page where they dispute the rumors, they link to the copy that was sent to TxDarling as a source. It looks like they created the announcement then used TxDarling as a 3rd party source. Very typical of propaganda.
The problem with these is that a parent (or someone pretending to be the parent) could call them in after the fact, so there's no guarantee that what the parent says is true.
