Does anyone know of or can recommend a good, reputable source for tracking election results as they come in next week?
Maybe a good blogger or web site?
Here.
I remember being all fired-up about finding one just before the 2000 Election. What a nightmare . . . almost ran out of booze. Never did it again.
I’m checking in here.
Any place else?
Well, ummmm, you could try Drudge, or Fox or......
I will cut photos off in IE to try to keep up with
the live thread here on FR.
You’ll know wed morning. I usually watch a movie or read on election nite, ‘cause whether I know or not, it doesn’t change anything.
Ironically, while I can’t stand CNN as a broadcaster, it’s website has fast, accurate election information.
I use CNN to track elections, they even have county by county break downs as fast as most States SOS websites.
Wow. I remember my morning after hangover in 2000. I don't know what came over me. Guess I was so elated that Clinton was over, I drank dang near a fifth of Jim Beam. I awoke to the ire of every angry Gorebot pounding on my skull. Never again for me either..
Virnini raw returns will be reported live on the link here: http://www.sbe.virginia.gov/cms/
I think you’ll have weeks to check the daily results.
Oh, I didn’t give up the booze. I had to break into the emergency vodka around 4-5am, and it was touch-n-go until the store opened that morning. I was up at least 48 hours. Thursday was just a mess.
Obama results will be called quickly, McCain results will be dragged out until possibly the next century. My guess, if you see McCain victories in Maine or NH, get your shootin' irons ready, it means McCain has won.
Wikipedia will probably be updated pretty quickly.

In ‘04 I followed this guys blog. Somehow he was in the Rove circle. There were boots on the ground at all of the polls. He got the election results from precincts across the country as they were tabulated. He was getting the news before FOX did.
It was awesome to see the news before the broadcast and cable networks could report it.
Who’s blog?
