Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
The Wall Street Journal also had this to say about ACORN
"Operating in at least 38 states (as well as Canada and Mexico), Acorn pushes a highly partisan agenda, and its organizers are best understood as shock troops for the AFL-CIO and even the Democratic Party. As part of the Fannie Mae reform bill, House Democrats pushed an "affordable housing trust fund" designed to use Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac profits to subsidize Acorn, among other groups. A version of this trust fund actually passed the Republican House and will surely be on the agenda again next year.

Great summary of the Obama ACORN connection. Unfortunately I think the foul language contained in the piece under-cuts the writer’s credibility and makes it impossible for me to forward to my mailing list.
My prayer is that all of these events serve as a wake up call. I ferverently hope that Barrack Obama is defeated in November. I pray that after that, a commission is put together to look at how this financial crisis got started. I hope that it all comes out that it was the Community Reinvestment Act throwing out sound financial reasoning for essentially homeownership affirmative action. I pray that the whole ACORN, Fannie, Freddie, Obama syndicate comes out.
I hope that all of this begins a closing down of affirmative action of any type across the board. I pray that in the end, America will finally arrive at Dr. King’s vision of a nation that truly judges a person on the content of his/her character and not the color of his/her skin. Perhaps that is why Obama and the financial crisis have come...to wake us up and get us back to our senses. All this heartache would be worth it if that were the place we ended up.
Preach It!!!!!

The language was toned down ;)
Thank you. I just sent it out to my old lady conservative email activists and my stockbroker and my mortgage broker.
This should be the top story of the day.
Send it to Mark Levin. He can deal with it.
Thanks, I did. Infact I sent it out to a few different people like Malkin, Hannity, Kurtz, etc.
