*BREAKING* Lawsuit Being Filed Today in Philadelphia *MEDIA ALERT* [Update]
August 21, 2008
I have just received word that a lawsuit will be filed today in Federal Court challenging Barack Obama’s qualifications to be President.
I am told that ALL MEDIA should report to the U.S. District Courthouse in Philadelphia in approximately one hour.

UPDATE: The motion will be for an emergency temporary restraining order prohibiting Obama from running for president, and enjoining the DNC from nominating Obama as the Democratic presidential candidate.

They waited until just before the DNC so that (1) they would have locked up the speaking spots for Chelsea, Hillary, and Bill already, when the fur starts to fly with the Obamessiah’s people; and, (2) Even if they don’t win the temporary injunction they are trying for they will have dealt a blow to the confidence of the Superdelegates that Obambi’s candidacy will survive and that he can win in Nov.

Somebody’s got something, even if it’s only a desire to spend a bunch of money on legal fees so he can become the focus of all the bad mojo the MSM and Obamanites can deliver.
