That would be my best guess.
As far as the plaintiff.....Eddie Rendell (or some foot soldier acting for him) sounds most likely since the thing was filed in Philadelphia, and I’ve got him tied for third for Most Corrupt and Corruptible in American politics. He’d file suit against his own mother for a pat on the head from the Clintons. (Not that I think they’re getting away that cheaply for this....gotta be good for a major cabinet seat at least.)

If true, this will make the convention very interesting. It will either be a “rally ‘round the Messiah and destroy those lying conservatives” or Hillary’s roll call will make the decision.
