I don’t think it has to go to court. I believe that fake ID can be referred to ICE.gov. That forgery calls into immigration status.

I don’t believe that a computerized image of a fake document is enough for prosecution any more than a computerized image of counterfeit money would be.

As long as the problem is dealt with, I guess that’s the
important thing. We don’t need to find out 2 years into the future that a possible president is not a legal citizen!

Of course, we are all hoping (and praying!) that it will be a moot point because we’ve elected a Republican to the office!
