OK I pick on this because it looks to me as though the poster is someone who has just registered and is at least suspect.

Regardless of the fact that the BC is a fraud or not, his mother was an US citizen, and, regardless of age, her children are too by default. End of story, really. People need to stop at these petty arguments and start addressing at the real danger of electing Obama (and not his lack of providing a birth certificate).

First place, your "his mother was a US citizen, and . . . her children are too by default. . . ." is wrong. If Obama was born in Kenya, he is neither a citizen nor eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.

Second, will someone please tell me after having looked carefully at the McKinnon interview: Do we still understand that the Birth Certificate on the campaign sites is fraudulent? Does that certificate continue to have the dot that indicates it ultimately originates with the forms on the McKinnon site? Does SEMom's analysis of the sequence of the posting still fit the facts, even if McKinnon's "interview" is accurate?

Is the campaign site Birth Certificate defensible as a valid Birth Certificate? Is there a number? Does it have a clear seal? Is there a certificate by a public official attesting to accuracy?

Because unless you get a certificate that can then be taken to the original public records and confirmed, the only evidence of his birth in Hawaii is still a fake.

And there is a fair amount of reporting that raises at least the inference that he was in fact born in Kenya.

Obama and McCain need to fill out this form.

We all are the employers.

No precedent needs to be set by prior President’s because DHS didn’t have an E Verify program then.

Read my post carefully and you will comprehend. His mother was nota naturalized US citizen, she was an US born citizen by birth. All her breeding results will also be US citizens, regardless where they were born. It is the law.

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.> (Article II, Section I, Clause V, of The United States Constitution)

His mom was a US citizen and that makes Obamessiah one too. There is no precedent of the Supreme Court ever addressing the issue of the meaning of "natural born citizen. 14th Amendment guarantees the citizenship by birth, regardless if child was born overseas or not.

I pick on this because it looks to me as though the poster is someone who has just registered and is at least suspect.

Incidentally, seniority does not automatically gives you the right to being correct nor makes my posting be ...suspicious. If you lack arguments, be a man and stand by your post instead of attacking the date of my becoming a FReeper so please abstain yourself from making ungrounded and adolescent arguments. If it were for me to judge people by their military service than I should say that your lack of service is at least...suspect! Oddly enough, this issue has been brought forward by many who have joined FR and stopped posting shortly after because of the elitism shown by some old timers. Some of the people who are no longer active members are people who are members of my state RNC leadership and I believe them to have devoted a lot of their personal time to our cause. I have yet to see such arrogance coming from them on the newcomers as the one you express here. In this way the FR membership will suffer as, I already seen it be a worrisome issue posted by others here, already is.
Cheers!

P.S. I posted incorrectly earlier so here's my second part of my reply to you!
