I made my professor really mad once. I said that "progressive" was a euphemism.

I made a fellow student totally PO'ed during my college orientation. I happened to follow some ditz that claimed she took a couple years off to "find herself".

I replied that I have not found the need to "find myself", since I never considered myself lost in the first place...

Good for you. I love to get under their skin. I did that just yesterday with a cousin who claims to be GOP but sends the most derogatory emails about Bush imaginable. I went through the list of things he sent, rebutting them in turn, and then told him I'd pray for his anger.

It didn't take him long to respond and agree to take me off his anti-Bush list.
