It's gone past impeachment. He's a war criminal. Milosevic's cell now sits vacant. It's time for Bush, Cheney, Rummy and Rice to move in. Wasn't Milosevic murdered? Ah well, it was a show trial anyway. "Off with their heads..." < /sarc >

So let's just say for the sake of argument that the Supreme Court upholds this decision and says Bush broke the law and violated the Constitution. OK, let's say that, you bloody moron. Since doing something un-Constitutional while believing it is kosher is not a high crime or a misdemeanor, he could not be impeached, much less convicted. Of course, if we impeach a guy for doing intel surveillance on Al-Qaeda, it means we have bigger problems than we know.
Note to libs: Words mean things, even when they're in the Constitution.

Bill Maher is a failed comic who pitched a TV show idea, which a cable network accepted. They hired writers to tell him everything he believes, and the DUmmies now think he's a genius.
That's their level of political thinking.
To: PJ-Comix
BTW, that's the perfect Bill picture--he has that contemptuous look on his face, he's yapping, and being overly dramatic about whatever completely politically correct point he's trying to get people to think is shockingly non-PC.

We're talking a smackdown of Judge Judy-esque proportions. Au contraire my soon-to-be-outraged little DUmmy. We're talking a smackdown of Judge Riggs when an appeals court overturns her dangerous decision in favor of terrorism and allows the Commander in Chief's intel agencies to resume surveillance of our enemy's plans to murder millions of Americans.

Democrats should run on solving the problems and getting us out of this mess.Well, if they had a plan for either and could articulate it they might have a chance! As near as I can tell, right now the Democratic platform has two planks: "Babies must be murdered in the womb", and "We hate George Bush".

What is this impeachment talk? They need two-thirds of the Senate to remove the president, and, mathematically speaking, I don't think they would even have sixty senators if they swept every race this fall.

There is plenty of evidence out there to support the fact that if they weren't directly involved with 9/11, they certainly allowed it to happen as a pretense for invading Iraq. Invading Iraq was on their agenda before 9/11. SOOOOOOOOOO, Bush's intention was to invade Iraq before 9/11....
Considering:
1. He was President for all of 8 months before 9/11....
2. He "invaded" Afghanistan first....
3. He didn't "invade" Iraq until 18 months after 9/11....
Yeah, I can see where it all fits together....NOT!
The only reason Bill Maher is on HBO is he's too stupid to draw a real audience on real TV. The only requirement to have a show on HBO is a pulse; IQ is optional...double-digit IQ a bonus....

But if this decision stands, and this program is unlawful and unconstitutional, federal law expressly makes the ordering of surveillance under the program a federal felony. That would mean that the president could be guilty of no fewer than 30 felonies while in office What an idiot.
1) The Judge's reasoning has been criticised as stupid even by strong critics of the NSA program.
2) It will be oveturned at the first appeal
3) The case was not settled law, ie. there were good arguments on both sides of an issue that had yet to be judged by a court. Demanding impeachment is like passing a new law and then demanding that everyone who violated it BEFORE it was passed should be charged.
But please keep talking about Impeachment. Stupud Dems.

but doubly unconstitutionalWell then... fortunately it's not super duper, doubly, with spin on it, unconstitutional.
It will be nice to see the Supreme Court reverse the moron Carter appointee judge. Apparently even liberals (although not the Angry Left) are running from the decision.
