As glad that I am that Senator Hillary Clinton is on-board with the President's policy in Iraq, I am just as worried that the liberal junior Senator from New York will likely flip-flop in order to protect her prospects in 2008. It is no secret that she's going to run. But realizing that her liberal base has been alienated by her pro-troops/pro-war stance on the Iraq war she is likely to take a 180 degree reversal when it comes time to campaign for the White House.

I think 2006 will see some below-the-radar efforts by the Clintons to discourage any possible rivals for Hillary in 2008. We know that she would prefer to be elected president without having to actually go through an election campaign, so the first step will be for her to keep potential opponents out of the primaries. With no or little competition in the primaries, the hardcore moonbat wing of the Dems will have nowhere to go, and Hillary skates the nomination with the facade of moderation intact.
If the smartest woman in the world couldn't figure out why Bubba had the rug cleaned so many times, she certainly isn't going to figure out how to run a country. She's been repeating anything "stupid" thing that Bubba says....three days later. Wait till she finds out he's duping her again!!
