I agree with you that Savage is just out for himself. I cannot listen to the man for more than five minutes. I too am dismayed by all of the impeach Bush threads here and wonder who these freepers really are at times. But this is still the very best place to be.

No, I know good and well that Freerepublic is the Premier site for Conservative thought on the WEB but, I cant help but poke and jab at the poor guy or gal who has to moderate the site. I am certain that they wont kick me off because these are true libertarians who believe in free speech, but I do love to pull on their capes a little.

I only heard a couple of minutes of his show today. It would be more helpful if you were specific. Yes, he's criticizing the president and, guess what, Bush is not above criticism! Sometimes he's bombastic, sometimes he's in error but he's an entertainer. He hasn't attacked FR specifically like Hannity did.

He's a breath of fresh air. A guy that that hold a M80 firecracker in his hand and passes a lit match over the top of it quickly. Over and over.

Yea, he seems like a frigging nutcase sometimes. He's John Belushi on the radio. He's Marion Berry smoking a crack pipe. He's the Tuttles screaming at each other because the bike might not be built on time. He's ENTERTAINMENT with a bit of sensible thought. His job is to entertain you. Psst! He's on the radio! It's not SERIOUS!

The main thing is that he is not BORING. I'm so tired of boring. I'm sick of wimps. I've had it with girly men. Gads! Sombody PUNCH someone in the face!

Michael Savage is fun. He's fun becuase he is one of a kind. That's why he is on the radio. Which has an off button by the way.

Savage is a loud mouth, arrogant fool who talks in 20 second sound bites, always about a negative and supplies no answers. When the hurricane before this one hit he was bitching because so much attention was paid to the weather when there were so many bigger problems. I wonder if he now understands why we dread these things?
