Ah..
The Wayne as crazy type thing only works if it is a birth name then.
Otherwise, taken as a pseudonym it is good luck?

I'm only 30, and that was at teh very edge of my memory..
And with that bit of memory dredging, I have to head out now.

Well, I remeber a retrospective of his work on AMC or TCM and they mentioned his birth name on the show. I am only a year older than you.
To: Army Air Corps

Er... no idea. The guys in Type O Negative are weird like that. They do some covers, and excellent example is Cinnamon Girl, but mostly their own stuff.
Their album October Rust had a kind of Pagan theme to the whole thing. Google up the Lyrics for "Be my Druidess" for a much more bawdy example.

During the day, this thread is about as much fun as watching paint dry.

It just seemed to grind to a halt at about midnight CDT.

Yerp. I'm not on in the evenings like I was with the first thread. Work has been a bit busier than usual as well. Add in school work and it is somewhat amazing I stil post here as much as I do...

To: Dead Corpse; Army Air Corps
Next Monday, I'll be back to working again. My break isn't long enough.

I am off to have lunch. I think that Jay may buy his pistol today. We are going to do another price comparison.
To: Army Air Corps
Again? Tell Jay to make up his mind already! LOL!
Have a good lunch. :-)

The place dies at night because DC is sleeping. And so am I.
And on the rare occasions that I DO stay uip, everyone else has other things to do. I'm beginning to think I'm going to develop a complex of some kind...

Speaking of old advertising, here's a blast from the past:
It's double-or-nothing so get on the track
To Campbell's Pork and Beans
And you'll get double your money back
If they're not the finest beans
Buy them, try them, do it today
You'll get your money back if you don't say
For flavor and zest, the beans that are best
Are Campbell's Pork and Beans
That was a radio spot, recorded on vinyl by the Andrews Sisters a-way back when.
