Hi, Gang! Bye, Gang!
It's not as bad as last night's storm but it's a monsoon, complete with all the fireworks, so I'm outta here.
Just about the time you all seem to be recovering from your day, I have to leave. Take care all of you, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Prouty, that's where all the Dems should go to study global warming. We should drop them off and let them find their own way back.
Not feeling bad. OldTax-lady took my Sally (5) to see "March of the Penguins" this afternoon. They liked it.
Tancredo calls for impeachment of Booosh on O'reilly!!!!
Beautiful.
I have heard the penguin flick is the best offering of the summer.
Penguins have it tough.
Glad you are feeling generally well.
Don't look at me. I get in enough trouble as it is.

It's been very hot here. By the middle of September, I should be in the best of shape, pregnancy and climate-wise.
Well, it is a nice afternoon, but I got terrible news today.
A friend I've had since High School has passed away at their home.
They were very obese and had been sick with other things as well.
So, pretty day out here in CA, but a bit of a bummer because of that death.
The person has started using the gym and was trying to start to lose the weight.
Sigh!

It is sweltering here as well.
Weather should ease up as your pregnancy advances.
August birthing Moms have it tough.
Hi 'Face. I should be here tomorrow.
Hi Guy. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. Prayers sent for his family and friends.
Reminds me of how I lost my oldest brother.
He didn't believe he was "obese", until I suggested that he calculate his excess weight in terms of bowling balls. The big ones!
Then he started on a program, and his graphic reminder was a sketch of the excess bowling balls, like a bar chart.
His plan was to X them out as he worked his way to health.
Apparently, coronary arterial occlusion had a different procedure to deal with the problem. By the time that problem had been recognized, the damage had been done.
Mom took it pretty hard. He had been a good son.
He'd been a good brother, too.
He liked to hug. I can still feel his embrace.
Life. Lessons sure come hard, even for those who pay attention.
Just remember you aren't standing alone.
Heart gave out on him on the steps of his workplace after a run.
I'm feelin' a tad worried about my own physical state these days. I haven't really had a good workout in almost a year now.
