Freerepublic.com has a super-sized archive regarding Terri Schiavo. The Dailies thread is a digest of breaking news, venting, ranting, photos, prayers, poetry, contact numbers and serve as a meeting place. The daily thread runs itself for the most part.
Please put your links regarding justice for Terri on this thread or articles re: people who are waking up all the time and speaking because they've been given new treatments. Terri was denied a chance to eat by mouth at the end and she was denied new groundbreaking tests by Judge Greer. Instead, he stuck to his guns that she would be starved and dehydrated beginning on March 18th. What a man. It takes a big man to starve an innocent woman to death. This was ALL AGAINST THE FLORIDA STATUTES.
EXPOSURE IS ON THE HORIZON: Mark Fuhrman's book will be available at www.amazon.com by the end of June, 2005. Another book by Cheryl Ford, RN will be available soon.
The GOP is getting phone calls but they are not listening to their constituents on the issue of George Greer. Does the GOP endorse judicial tyranny? Ask them. Find out.
Possibly we can mend a divide in the Republican Party that is turning into a dangerous crevasse by demanding the impeachment of Judge George Greer, Sixth Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida.
If that sounds radical, please note that the democrats are in trouble as well for not saving Terri's life.
Greer had super powers over the Governor of Florida, over the US Congress, the President and over the FDLE. Greer who was in defiance of the US Congress and President is the one who needs investigation and impeachment but the RINO's in Tallahassee are reluctant to do their duty.
If Terri was killed because of money and power, let us find out how RINOS like Senator Jim King went into battle against Terri with the death lobby and the national trial lawyers. Senator Jim King of Duval County should not get a pass either, not ever.

***pls note: we cannot copy text from the empire journal here but we can put their links at FR. There is a Justice Coalition in Jacksonville that people can join. It was started by either Roger or Sonny's Pit Barbecue owners. Can't recall at the moment.

Here's your post that I am responding to: Can someone give me the names of the judges who violated the congressional subpeona by 'not' doing a de novo review?
I would appreciate it very much. I thought we had a thread with that title but didn't find it in a search. Thanks!!
(why do they all look like Hitler's SS?)

TERRI SCHINDLER (Schiavo)DAILIES May 11, 2005: DEMAND IMPEACHMENT OF JUDGE GREER
I was listening to the radio and someone said that leftist groups are targeting wavering senators re: Constitutional option. Unfortunately, the only names I caught were Senator Mike DeWine (OH) and Senator John Sununu (NH).
Whether they are from your state or not, you can call them toll free at 1-877-762-8762 and tell them to vote for the Constitutional option, and no compromises, please.
You can also use the toll-free # to tell Senator Frist to continue his fight and not compromise with Dems.
These are the times when all good men and women should do all that they can to replace judges like Judge Whittemore.
Thanks SO much for keeping the links up... bless you!
Here's the new Democrat rally song. Took me a couple of minutes to load, but worth it.

Of course, I'm paraphrasing, but Sean said he heard that the Republican "moderates" want to deal with Dems that two nominees won't go to the floor for an up or down vote, and GET THIS - Dems can filibuster whomever they want regarding Supreme Court nominees if they are not "acceptable." Of course, the Dems won't think anybody that interprets the Constitution is acceptable.
As for the two nominees, of course, the Dems will pick the best we got, to filibuster.
Sean says Republican "moderates" need to have courage and should not compromise with Dems and the Constitution should not be compromised.
Listen to Sean now. GREAT show, as usual.
Call your Republican senators toll-free at 1-877-762-8762 and tell them NO COMPROMISES with Dems.
Rush Limbaugh said that senators are wavering back and forth, partly because of pressure from the public - our phone calls, folks. Let's get more phone calls and/or e-mails than the other side does.
Even if none of these WAVERING senators is your own senator,
please call 'em, anyway.
The last I heard the key GOP Senators are John Sununu (NH), Collins (ME), DeWine (OH), Hagel (NE), Murkowski, Specter (PA), Warner (VA), and maybe Lindsey Graham (SC). Frist can afford to lose only two, because McCain, Chafee, and Snowe have declined to end the judicial filibusters.
We can call toll-free at 877-762-8762 .
Fax or e-mail info can be found here (but phone calls are more effective):

Schiavo case is a wake-up call to Americans
By Victoria T. DeLacy, Woodbridge
05/20/2005
As a disabled Christian pro-life American, I am still in shock at the horrifying injustice committed against Terri Schiavo, resulting in her death this past March 31.
It had the chilling effect of being a court decision that amounted to state-protected spousal abuse to the point of cold-blooded murder. Terri was not dying and needed only the use of a feeding tube (like thousands of others across this nation) in order to survive.
Instead of using the million-dollar court settlement awarded to him on her behalf for the rehabilitative treatment that many doctors testified might help her to regain more complete function, Michael Schiavo employed George Felos (formerly murderous Jack Kevorkian's attorney) with it. This was in order to orchestrate the court battles that would eventually lead to her being forced to die by starvation and dehydration upon the unjustified ruling made by Judge Greer and company.
It is time to impeach and remove members of the judiciary system such as these who would carry out a miscarriage of justice so severe that it results in the unjustified taking of the life of an innocent disabled citizen and leaving the entire American disabled community now vulnerable to the same through legal precedent.
Prince William Del. Bob Marshall plans to submit a bill that would protect his constituency from being deprived of life through starvation and dehydration. I would urge justifiably concerned Virginia voters to urge their elected representatives to get behind this bill so that it may succeed in getting through the legislature and be enacted into law.
Our good president has a heart for life and made it clear when he issued the following public statement: "The essence of civilization is that the strong have a duty to protect the weak. In cases where there are serious doubts and questions, the presumption should be in favor of life. I urge all those who honor Terri Shiavo to work to build a culture of life, where all Americans are welcomed and valued and protected, especially those who live at the mercy of others."
With regard to written directives, it is wise to be cautious in reading the fine print. It came to my attention through an update from worldnetdaily.com that the standard living will form being circulated in California defaults in the direction of equating basic nutrition and dehydration with artificial life-support machinery, leaving those who sign it open to being killed in the same painful and unconscionable way as Terri Schiavo.
This could occur in part because Terri did not have her wishes in writing at the time of the onset of her disability. If nothing else, this case is a clarion call to the effect that laws need to change if we are to continue to claim to be a civilized nation.
Further, I would strongly advise those in the disabled community to get a "loving will," available through American Life League, as I did. This might offer the protection necessary to prevent further tragedy.
Once the person's desires are in writing and are notarized, they can be copied for physicians and close family members, after which the original may be kept in a safe or safety deposit box to ensure availability should the time of need arise.
Another similarly protective option of which I recently became aware is the "will to live," found at the National Right to Life Web site, which also precludes the withholding of basic food and water.
This latest assault upon innocent human life is the ultimate legacy of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision. When one category of human life is considered expendable, we are all left vulnerable.
Each able-bodied person is only a car accident away from the brain damage that could leave them subjected to the same fate if life is not protected with respect for the sanctity of human life, rather than the ever-shifting and individually arbitrary concepts of quality.
Once we allow arbitrary means of deciding who is to live or die, it's only a matter of time before the mentality of a bully may take hold, such as that which existed during the regimes of Hitler and Stalin. The result is open season on all but those with preferential societal status.
May God rescue America from the slippery slope upon which we find ourselves endangered today!
I'm glad folks are writing letters to editors to do what MSM won't do.
