Sheesh. Florida is just one utterly corrupt backwater hellhole.
The more I read about Michael Schiavo, the more I loathe him. This man is doing everything possible to make the rest of her life as miserable as possible; to me, THAT is torture. If it were possible, I wish someone could drive to the hospice with a Ryder truck filled with a modile ICU and kidnap her and take her to a full-care facility. Of course, this would require hush-money for the staff of the full-care facility.

The doctor Sean interviewed today, who was nominated for Nobel prize, said that Michael moved Terri around quite a bit from hospice to hospice. He said,"Whenever the medical staff would....., he would remove her from that one to another one." I could not hear the end of his sentence, but he was quite adamant that Michael would not let Terri get what she needed.
Basically, whenever she made progress, hubby dearest moved her out of that facility.

It is quite obvious that Terri's family has not had the best legal representation all this time. There are too many sharp attorneys who would have had more bearing with Fla. judiciary than the Randall Terry crowd. When in Rome do as the Romans. They needed to have someone that has practiced and had success in the den of corruption called the Fla. judiciary.
