Sabbath isn't in the Hall?! More proof the Hall is useless junk. Most of my taste in music spawns from Black Sabbath.

Jackson Browne wrote 2 or 3 good songs, imo -- "The Pretender," "Running on Empty," and .......maybe "Doctor My Eyes."

I agree, he should not be even considered, let alone inducted.

Earlier this week, someone said The Starland Vocal Band is in the R&R HoF. You know, they of "Afternoon Delight" (and nothing else) fame.

If that's true, they might as well name Jackson Browne the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of Rock and Roll for all I care.

Truer words have not been spoken. The hardest rock band in yet is AC/DC, and it took them too long. Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin are the only others, if you can count them. Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and may I add Ronnie James Dio? Gods amongst mortals.

Jackson Browne is no more significant than the lines of ants Ozzy sniffed up his nose, ala a line of coke, whilst he was trying to gross out/impress Motley Crue.
