This arguement is not about finding beneficial drugs based on cannibis plants and made into pill form, this arguement is about making smoking pot legal and that is obvious when you consider the goals of the people behind all this and their supporters.
The only positive use for cannibis is for some cases of glaucoma and anti-nausea, and there are already drugs that take care of that and are much cheaper.
