If I were her classmate, I would feel humiliated, denigrated and harassed by her presence in my lockerroom. Just a thought.

"It's fine if they're uncomfortable, but it's still discrimination," Massey said. So it's ok to make an entire gym class unconfortable as long as it makes one openly, socially-deviant kid feels good. Since there really is no legal redress for these frivalous lawsuits, I wonder when people will start taking the law into their own hands when some marxist lawyer files these rediculous suits.

The solution is simple...
Men...Women...OtherThis would solve lockerroom, restroom and other private space problems.

Gee....a 15 year old finds out actions have consequences. Let's repeat that a 15 YEAR OLD!!!!!
What's the world coming to......I hope she loses. I'd not like it either.....she should have stayed in the "closet."

Well, sin IS uncomfortable and this pain is intended to drive the sinner back to God. Too bad she didn't get the hint.

We are, of course, assuming that she simply declared her sexual orientation. Call me cynical, but I suspect something more. Could be anything, but I'm going to put my money on unwanted advances or predatory comments while actually in the locker room.
Of course, girls have had to deal with lesbians in the locker room for decades -- the teachers.

And they wonder why these news stories of some guys getting together to kick the crap out of some homosexual man periodically occur!
To: moyden
I haven't seen that one yet. When is it on? I have to, uh, screen it so I can be appalled.

LOL...if carried to it's logical conclusion there would be no space on the sign for the Other (Other) room(s).

Oh that's manly. 4 guys on one gay dude.

"What about "Other Other" people?"
They already have a special facility for them more commonly known as the Senate locker room.
To: Lorenb420
So, if they don't drop the soap in the shower there would be no problem. Or does that apply to girls?

She's a girl. Where the hell is she supposed to change for gym class?
To: gonzo
I kinda chuckled at the idea of another locker room but it really makes since. If men/boys are not allowed in facilities designated for women/girls, for sexual seperation reasons (can't think of a better way to word it), then why should a girl that is sexually attracted to other girls be allowed either. It would be like letting the guys in the dressing room. Aren't public schools great! LOL
