If Mexico really cared anything about it's citizens, instead of these one-way open borders, it would be encouraging Americans culture to move into Mexico. It would be Americanizing Mexico so more people could have a decent lifestyle. And yet your president Fox was in power when they confiscated homes from American citizens.
