I saw that happen. The OP realized that there was already a thread to the same topic of interest. But still there were conversations and sentiments being also shared in this second post too and it is rude to just shut it off like that. Doesn't anyone know how to just "forward" any new comments to the older thread? It is not rocket science and only take minimal effort... I can teach you how... That way those conversations are not lost to the wind...
Does anyone care about the members here and have customer appreciation? Or is the arrogance so great that we should feel lucky you even allow us to participate here? If it is the later you are wrong and that is a mistaken perspective. That arrogance will be the downfall of this domain in the end.

Don’t feel too bad. I made the mistake of using a mild ‘curse word’ far tamer than many I see slide by and the Moderator suspended me for a week with no warning nor explanation. Ten days later I was still shut out until good friends spoke up for me and got me back on.
My off-color sense of humor grates on some people but I think humor is necessary to deal with the psychological damage too much bad news rains on us.
As far as Search I try to go with Keywords first and variations if at first I don’t succeed. On that front I strive to make things easier for others by adding Keywords that one would think obvious but were not added by the poster or other readers.
Hang in there! Since JimRob passed they’ve been having hard times on several fronts and a little consideration of that eases the way. Free Republic never gets press but I hear poster’s comments come out of the mouths of media people every week, so I KNOW it’s an influential force - and too valuable to let fail.
