I saw that happen. The OP realized that there was already a thread to the same topic of interest. But still there were conversations and sentiments being also shared in this second post too and it is rude to just shut it off like that. Doesn't anyone know how to just "forward" any new comments to the older thread? It is not rocket science and only take minimal effort... I can teach you how... That way those conversations are not lost to the wind...
Does anyone care about the members here and have customer appreciation? Or is the arrogance so great that we should feel lucky you even allow us to participate here? If it is the later you are wrong and that is a mistaken perspective. That arrogance will be the downfall of this domain in the end.

Sometimes I will post something and someone will attack me. "That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard" or worse. We have a person on this forum who is obviously very bright, and I posted something one day and this person responded "The level of stupidity and ignorance in your post is appalling..." (or something like that) and so on. It pissed me off. This person would be a great intellectual resource, but instead, comes at people in that fashion. Simply being a jerk. I don't excuse people with the "He's smart, but has no people skills..."
Screw that. If someone doesn't have any people skills, there is no room for them on a forum like this.
That gets my hackles up and I often just lash out back. I am trying not to do that.
