On Sunday, Dec. 14, at about 3:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) was called to a home to provide medical aid, the LAFD told PEOPLE. Upon arrival, they found a man, 78, and a woman, 68, dead. Sources confirm the victims were Rob and Michele.
Police say Nick, 32, is alive and being questioned. No arrests have been made.
You can’t help but wonder… is a culture of nonstop political rage pulling people away from the things that actually need their attention, patience, and care? Parenting, healing, addiction, broken bonds, real life, none of this stuff disappears just because Trump obsession takes over your entire identity. The family troubles fester and become worse.
And when these same troubled, distracted, and rage-filled people also claim absolute “moral authority” over how the country should be run and how people like you and me should vote, while their own lives are a total shit show, it raises a question that can’t be dismissed: How can you know what’s best for me when you can’t even hold your family together?

Sadly, this isn’t just about one family or one left-wing ideology. The same pattern shows up with other prominent Trump haters like Robert De Niro, Rosie O’Donnell, George Conway, and countless others. Each has highly public, deeply troubled home lives, yet all the public ever hears is “Trump, Trump, Trump.” This is what happens when politics stops being civic engagement and turns into emotional possession. And the cost of that kind of obsession is far higher and far more damaging than most people are willing to admit.

About 20 years ago I was on a jury for a murder trial. In the case the drug addicted son and his drug addicted mother killed the mother’s boyfriend.
My thoughts while sitting in the jury box were along the lines of how people keep saying ‘but, but, but drugs don’t kill’.
Well folks we have a major drug problem in the USA and far too many people involved in crimes are addicted to drugs.

I’ve experienced first hand the worry and dread of a child with an addiction problem. I know what it’s like to desperately want to change things that are actually only in God’s hands. It’s easy to criticize somebody else’s family, but I won’t.
His son is 32 years old. A man. An adult.
Do you know what specific action Reiner took in regards to his son?
It was the other way around, the Eloi cattle destroyed the Morlocks, who provided them food, shelter, comfort and unlimited leisure working behind the scenes.
All they asked of the Eloi was to live a happy, carefree lives, grow fat and meaty in relative luxury until dinner time.

Good on you, every case is different. I knew a family where the father had Agoraphobia, wouldn’t leave the house. His son was a genius guitarist but had a touch of the same problem. He could go out and even play music but was so shy he wouldn’t try to succeed at it. I got him an audition with an A-Lister, drove him to the performance which was also to be his audition. He wouldn’t get on stage, played from the dance floor! Didn’t matter how good he sounded, he didn’t get the gig. The guy that got the gig wasn’t as good as him by a long shot. He died at 70 from years of “downer” addiction. He’d sweet talk multiple doctors into pain pills.
Only what’s been reported in all the tabloids. There really isn’t much you can do once they turn 18...............
