MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has admitted he is unable to pay attorneys representing him and his company, after going broke fighting massive defamation suits over his stolen election claims.
In a court filing on Thursday, Lindell's attorneys said he owes 'millions of dollars' in unpaid legal fees, and sought to drop him as a client in defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic USA.
The financial fallout from the controversy has been intense for Lindell, after a number of key retail chains severed ties with MyPillow.
In July, Lindell told DailyMail.com that his company has lost a staggering $100 million since Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond pulled his products over his false claims of election fraud.
The bedding mogul said on Thursday that he is 'out of money' and praised his lawyers as courageous, saying he regretted he was unable to pay their fees.
'We've lost everything, every dime,' Lindell told NBC News. 'All of it is gone.'
Lindell has not made any payments on his legal bills since July, his lawyers at Parker Daniels Kibort and Lewin & Lewin told federal judges in Minnesota and Washington, DC overseeing the separate defamation cases.
Parker Daniels Kibort co-founder Andrew Parker said in a court filing that forcing his firm to continue representing Lindell without payment 'could threaten the very existence of the firm.'
Parker did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.
Lindell told Reuters he was the victim of 'lawfare' and that he is unable to borrow money to fund his defense. He said he is looking for new counsel.
'We'll find someone, that's the way it is,' Lindell said.
Dominion is seeking $1.3 billion in damages from Lindell and his pillow company in the Washington case.

Them among others would be my guess too.
But bottom line, Trump ordered the vaccines without ANY testing being done.
Okay, you need to say things clearly and without any intent to mislead.
What I think you are saying is that Trump placed the orders for the vaccines before the testing was done, but this is not the same thing as saying that Trump ordered vaccines to not be tested, which is what it sounds like you are implying.
I do not doubt Trump placed orders for vaccines before they were ready, but I do not believe Trump wanted untested vaccines, as you seem to be saying.
Wrong. I mentioned RFK JR which brought this whole subject up.
Why would RFK, if put in the exact same position as Trump, have had any reason to doubt the brilliant scientists at Pfizer would not come up with safe and effective vaccines?
Sure, RFK can Monday morning quarterback *AFTER* all the information has come out, but I do not believe he could have known they would be dangerous *BEFORE* the information came out.
I stand by my view that no one else put in that position would have handled it any better.
How is posting something mean regarding a man who is fighting for his financial life have to do with criticizing Trump?
Mike Lindell is not Trump, and Trump is not responsible for what Mike Lindell does or has done.
If you have a problem with people buying something besides MyPillows, then Trump would be the most obvious person for you to complain to, would it not?
It's not really about pillows, is it? It's about enemies and allies. He's gloating at the misfortune of a known Trump supporter, and that's just mean.
I mean he has an entire "pillow menu" at his hotels to chose from, yet not a single MyPillow on the list..
I am not interested enough in the issue of "pillows" to worry about it. On the list of issues which I think are important to the country and my family, "pillows" doesn't even register on my radar.
It’s in the quote of Trump I posted above. He outright says he ordered billions of dollars of the vaccines, before they were even approved, obviously meaning before the testing was done. He not only admitted it, he bragged about it. And even today, he stands behind it. Disqualifying, in my opinion, on an issue that directly affects the health and well being of almost every American.

I try to write clearly so people will not mistake my meaning when I say something, but you seemingly have misunderstood me.
Yes, I understand that Trump placed the order before testing was done. Again, you are implying that Trump ordered that the vaccines not be tested. These are two different things.
I reject your implication that Trump ordered that the vaccines not be tested.
He ordered them before they had been tested, but it is misleading of you to equate this as ordering untested vaccines. He did not. He ordered tested vaccines, before they had been tested, but the intent always was that they would be tested and approved by knowledgeable scientists.
Don't try to mislead us with clever verbiage. It just makes us think less of you, and accomplishes no other purpose.
Very sad how a man who gave his all to expose the vote fraud got destroyed by the deep state. Even Ozzy was smart enough years ago to mention how if you become to big of a threat then they snuff you out. Just think about how many good people have been snuffed out in the last few years.
Dominion alleges he used his claims of election rigging by Dominion to sell his pillows. Specifically, he appeared on NEWSMAX, FNC, and other media outlets numerous times claiming they rigged the election while he was a sponsor of the show he appeared on. He publicly stated that he made millions of dollars from the NEWSMAX specific "discount code" alone. Assuming he has lawyers advising him, he must have known that was going to be problematic.
My money talks. All it ever says though is “Good Bye!’’.
“Money doesn’t talk, it swears,”
LOL!
I think you might be missing out on some good old satire (and a little trolling). This one was pretty good:
The US military didn't think the CCP could possibly hack the secure underwater ISDN line connecting the US to the Internet backbone, so they missed the boat. But Mike knew if there was some crack in the pipe he'd be the one to find it.
IBTG and IATG
Well said!

I believe that Lindell’s heart was in the right place.
And then along came “Mary Fanning”, Dennis Montgomery, and Phil Waldron, among others. They served Lindell poorly, and now are nowhere to be found pushing their BS about packet captures and associated crap showing “the steal”. They’re nothing but cowards.
Lindell’s Cyber Symposium was a bust. It was available to watch online and MULTIPLE people who attended came away with no evidence of anything that Lindell claimed. One of Lindell’s yber team staff (Josh Merritt) at the event admitted the “packet captures” did not show what Montgomery and others had claimed.
Lindell is going to lose a lot because (IMO) he got hustled. And he also owes $5 million for an arbitration award.
When the hackers' smoke cleared, the packet captures had been deleted.
I watched the event and that DID NOT happen.
Or maybe you're being sarcastic?
I have his sheets, they are GREAT! They even have a little pocket on the edge for your cell phone or a hanky or whatever you have a need to have close by while in bed.
(Not big enough for a can of beer.)
Everything, every issue and what's more, you damn well know it. Why do you think you keep getting told to stand in the corner?
