A man believed to be high on psychedelic mushrooms went airborne in his parents’ car after slamming into an embankment at a Georgia gas station on Sunday night.
The dramatic scene in the city of Kennesaw was caught on camera and capped off an apparently wild night for Noah Washington, 23, who told police he was “tripping” on six magic mushrooms at the time of the crash, according to Patch.
Washington also told officers he believed he was being followed by assassins, though he could not describe their vehicle, the outlet reported.

“I used to take small tasters( small amount) and just had fun surfing or walking in the woods.”
You were smart. Some people used to pride themselves on heroic doses of such substances. Kind of a hipster version of mine is bigger than yours. It didn’t always end well.
I saw a guy on a megadose of LSD take off running. He ended up calling the authorities who proceeded to take him to the hospital. He had his stomach pumped out while peaking on LSD. Not a good trip for him.
He was so thoughtful he even brought his own dirt.
SIX?????? Damnnnn
Sounds about right. Lost a few old friends that ended up in nut houses. One killed himself. One jumped off a rock. The worst was the friends who never came back or were high and babbling for years.
I never saw the point in losing control. Guess I wasn’t much a risk taker. Not with drugs anyway.
“Can/do people freak out while on shrooms sometimes?”
Yes. Mushrooms are less physically impairing than alcohol but they can make emotions feel overwhelming and cause people to do irrational things in response.
Only attempt for the first time when tou are in a good mood, in a familiar place with people you trust and no possible hostile strangers. I’ve never heard of anyone having a bad trip if they took these precautions.
However I do know people that did idiotic things like ride the NYC subway alone and they never ever wanted to try again...
Yes. Too much of a psychedelic will cause a massive over load of stimulation to the brain and cause the kind of behavior described. That's just a simple medical fact. Now to make it a legal issue, well you certainly should be prosecuted for doing stupid and illegal things under any substances effects. A moral issue? I dunno,,,
I see what you did there.
He landed well, considering.
Well, that leaves a clear field for Stacy Abrams, a/k/a Hindenburg Broom Hilda.
He should have stuck to moonshine.
Is Kennesaw in Hazard County?
fun guy
Good one.
“I know little about shrooms”
Take my personal advice. Keep it that way. They are really, really not good for you.
The things you can’t put on a resume
Thanks. I wonder if he was trying to go airborne again.
