Dr. Cyril Wecht distrusts the US government. And he’s proud of it. The forensic pathologist — who declared in 1978 that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone in assassinating President John F. Kennedy — is now 90 and still sticking to his story.
Wecht’s latest book, “The JFK Assassination Dissected” (Exposit Books), summarizes his six decades of research into the subject, and pokes holes in the conclusion made by the seven-man Warren Commission that Oswald, without any help, shot and killed Kennedy when his motorcade drove past the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963.
“Young people are still being taught that the 35th president was murdered by a lone gunman, and that is simply xxxxxxxxx,” Wecht boomed during an interview at his modest office in downtown Pittsburgh last month.

Likewise, the Warren Commission did not prove there was no conspiracy.
so they had to prove a negative??....something that didn’t happen?...this is so crazy.....guess these conspiracies are hard to let go of...weird.
Don’t be overtly stup ridiculous, we All know J. Edgar was as pure as the wind driven snow, and no ax to grind with the Kennedys.
Yeah, you’re right. there was no stolen 2020 election either.
something that didn’t happen
See where you are? no?
I understand, you are unable.
now wait...i thought Lyndon Johnson wanted JFK killed so he could go all in on Vietnam...to reward Brown and Root construction...who ended up dredging Cam Rahn Bay...now why did Hoover want it...what was he getting??...IM SOOOOOO CONFUSEDDDDDDDDDDDDD.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s difficult to prove a negative, but Posner & Bugliosi’s books do a good job of it.
LBJ had a strong motive to kill JFK, but when he begged Earl Warren to investigate he was proclaiming “Whatever you all think, I didn’t do it!”. Warren was both a personal friend of JFK and an incorruptible prosecutor. When his own father was murdered and police couldn’t come up with sufficient evidence, Earl Warren as Alameda County prosecutor ordered the only suspect released, and the case of his father’s murder was never solved.
Well that does it by gosh.
The HSCA was just ig’nant.
Bugliosi, helluva FICTION writer
Amen to that brother!
There’s a book out that picks apart Bugliosi’s whole case, including documents, documents, and more documents, including handwritten notes in Bugliosi’s own hand implicating him of witness tampering and Terry Melcher of perjury. Obtained by FOIA requests. And that’s just the tip.
On top of that, something that the author wanted no part of, possible ties to the JFK case. One of the interrogators of Ruby was a Cia operative by the name of Jolly West, who now is known as one of the operatives involved in mk ultra. He had ties to the Haight Ashbury free clinic, running “research”, as well as ties to Manson’s parole officer, who only had 1 client, Manson, who advised Manson to go to Haight Ashbury.
I know, I know, it all sounds crazy, but this guy spent 20 years down the rabbit hole, it nearly ruined his life, and he has boatloads of documents. The only thing he could not definitely prove was whether West had face to face contact with Manson. It’s called Chaos by Tom Oniel. Sorry to hijack the thread, but it’s refreshing to find someone who doesn’t worship at the throne of Bugliosi
Why did Oswald murder Officer Tippit?
......................................
It’s never been proved in any court that Oswald murdered Officer Tippit or anyone else. In fact, regarding that murder and the assassination of Kennedy, there’s credible evidence that Mr. Oswald was innocent of both crimes. And by the way, in this country people suspected or charged with the commission of crimes are INNOCENT until judged guilty in a court of law. You need to ponder the ramifications of that principle in terms of your “rush to judgment” concerning LHO.

exactly...not one shred of ANY EVIDENCE pointing to anyone else...just wild theory and conjecture which can be done with any murder case....

” In fact, regarding that murder and the assassination of Kennedy, there’s credible evidence that Mr. Oswald was innocent of both crimes”
lol. Yeah, you bet:
“At approximately 1:15 p.m., Tippit, who was cruising east on 10th Street, passed the intersection of 10th and Patton, about eight blocks from where he had reported at 12:54 p.m. About 100 feet past the intersection Tippit stopped a man walking east along the south side of Patton. (See Commission Exhibit No. 1968, p. 164.) The man’s general description was similar to the one broadcast over the police radio. Tippit stopped the man and called him to his car. He approached the car and apparently exchanged words with Tippit through the right front or vent window. Tippit got out and started to walk around the front of the car As Tippit reached the left front wheel the man pulled out a revolver and fired several shots. Four bullets hit Tippit and killed him instantly. The gunman started back toward Patton Avenue, ejecting the empty cartridge cases before reloading with fresh bullets.
Page 166 Eyewitnesses
“At least 12 persons saw the man with the revolver in the vicinity of the Tippit crime scene at or immediately after the shooting. By the evening of November 22, five of them had identified Lee Harvey Oswald in police lineups as the man they saw. A sixth did so the next day. Three others subsequently identified Oswald from a photograph. Two witnesses testified that Oswald resembled the man they had seen. One witness felt he was too distant from the gunman to make a positive identification. (See Commission Exhibit No. 1968, p. 164.)
You can read about the 12 witnesses that conspiracy nuts pretend didn’t exist right here:

Maybe so, but that just puts me in the good company of well over half of all people on the planet who survey after survey have revealed DOUBT the conclusions of the Warren Report.
relax...half the people on the planet dont even know who JFK was and what happened in Dallas...and could care less.
half the people on the planet dont even know who JFK was and what happened in Dallas

I was referring to people who responded to surveys. I don’t believe there’s ever been a survey where the majority said they believed Arlen’s bullsh*t!
