The polygraph report shows TWO questions were asked of Ford.

But in her Senate testimony she said the polygraph took hours and they asked her all kinds of questions.

Something not adding up there.

Need to see all the notes and any video - if it exists.

If she is talking about a Safeway store in Potomac Village, at the corner of Falls Rd and River Rd, it could not be the Safeway in Timonium, The locations are about 60 miles apart. So it does not matter that the Timonium Safeway on York Rd wasn’t built until 1986. These are not the same locations. We need to go back and verify the existence (or non-existence) of a Safeway in the Potomac Village shopping center in 1982.

Albertsons’ parent company, Cerberus, bought Safeway. In 2015.

Okay. Thanks. See above post re Safeway.

My theory is that Judge’s Book is the epicenter of Ford’s story and none of this story could have existed without this stupid drunk-a-logue. Once Ford got a hold of the book she could piece together a story coming up with names, events, where Judge worked, etc.

On 6 March 1983, the DynaTAC 8000X mobile phone launched on the first US 1G network by Ameritech.

Here’s how they did it.

1. Got BK’s Georgetown Prep & College yearbooks for researching who, what, why, where, & whens.

2. Infiltrated all his circles of acquaintances for dirt, but got nothing.

3. Researched the close friends and got the info on Judge’s book; so they read the book.

4. Found a way to vaguely fit into his HS timeframe and place and then ‘name dropped’ his friends into the scene with details from Mark’s book to substantiate the story.

And who really knows if this story was dreamed up this year or earlier. If she has a leftist operative vouching for 2012 therapy, it’s meaningless.

That’s the registration date. Safeway was sold to a different company and had to re-register their stores.

The question though isn’t did that Safeway exist but rather if Mark Judge worked at that safeway, or any safeway and when. If for instance it was that safeway but he started in June then that blows her story out because the alleged incident would have taken place when school was not on break. If it wasn’t Safeway at all then once again her testimony is wrong. She very much cornered herself in this.

Let's assume for the moment that she did indeed suffer from some kind of traumatic event in her youth.

Her statements under oath of her meeting Mark Judge at the Safeway where he worked approximately 6 weeks after the alleged attack, could be a prime example of present sense impression transferred to past event.

Ford said her family or relatives still resides in the area.

She may have been on the road in which the Safeway (as and where it presently is today) many times.

Thus one can argue, she is transferring present events and images into past recollections and therefore her memories which is all she has as proof of the incident are unreliable and not to be taken as truth.

My sister and I were talking after the hearing last week and speculated that Ford might have like either Kavenaugh or Judge and fantasized the whole event, only to get it rehashed in “recovered memories” as something real.

It almost seems she might have been stalking Mr. Judge back in the days. Maybe, he was her crush?

Motorola’s DynaTAC (Dynamic Adaptive Total Area Coverage) 8000X was the world’s first commercially released mobile phone. Measuring 13 inch x 1.75 inch x 3.5 inch, this cell phone was released in 1983 with a price tag of $3,995.

Maybe she could afford it with her babysitting money or something.

The Timonium address is not of Safeway. It’s the address for The Corporation Trust, which this record indicates is Safeway’s resident agent in Maryland.

Why would she say hi to her alleged groper? She states in her testimony she did so at the Safeway—She said hi to him first and he said hi back to her. Why would she do that?

If someone attacked you and you saw them later would you say hi to them? I do not believe so.

“He worked at Safeway, I guess”

That’s interesting.

I remember she said something like, ‘if I could figure out when Mark Judge worked at ____, then I could figure out when it happened.’

A Giant Controversy Hits Potomac
By Joan McQueeney Mitric
October 12, 1985
A proposal to put a new Giant Food store in Montgomery County’s prestigious Potomac Village has spawned expansion moves by an existing Safeway store and polarized residents of the community that is known for its resistance to commercial development.
epresentatives from Safeway Stores Inc. told county planners at the September meeting that it wants to enlarge its existing 20,000-square-foot store on the southeast corner of the Falls and River roads intersection by at least 60 percent, and requested that the master plan not limit future commercial zoning on their side of the street.

I just wonder what they would have done to Gorsuch, if the nominations were reversed.

I personally remember this store back to the early to mid-80s, and it had been established for a while. Another poster posted that his mother shopped there when it opened in NINETEEN SEVEVTY-TWO.
