Why would she say hi to her alleged groper? She states in her testimony she did so at the Safeway—She said hi to him first and he said hi back to her. Why would she do that?
If someone attacked you and you saw them later would you say hi to them? I do not believe so.
Correct. If Mark was an accomplice to her assailant she would not walk up to him and say, ‘Hi.”
Did she read in his book that he worked at Safeway? Is that the real connection?
I agree with this (about would not say hi to alleged attacker).
Years ago, I worked in an office where a bookkeeper embezzled over $100,000. She left the office in handcuffs, and I only saw her in court sessions after that.
Until one day a couple years later, I saw her in a Hobby Lobby. I was a full-grown adult, and she did not personally attack me (my body), but I remember high-tailing it to the back corner of the Hobby Lobby, shaken, and waiting for quite awhile, hoping she was gone, and I would not encounter her.
So, it doesn’t seem right that she would be “friendly” with Judge, if she thought he was in on her “assault”, IMHO.
