Shrimpton reported Obama's purported mom was not pregnant in 1961 and that Obama was born in Kenya in 1960. He said Kenya was under British intelligence files and that Obama's father ran guns for the Mau Mau. He then dropped a bombshell claiming the CIA did covert DNA testing on Obama at a fundraising dinner and the test came back with no match to the claimed grandparents. Shrimpton said Rudy Giuliani's people knew and sat on the intelligence and further stated he spoke with Hillary Clinton's people and that they were quite interested.

He was likely just a student while at Harvard, not a legal resident, unless he chose to declare himself to be one.

Not a legal resident? Was he an illegal alien? He didn't own a residence anywhere else in this country.

If you have recently moved to Massachusetts, you must obtain a valid Massachusetts license upon becoming a resident.

You must present the following:
◦Out-of-state License.
◦Document proving date of birth
◦Document proving signature
◦Document proving Massachusetts residency
◦A Social Security Number

Residents of Massachusetts (MA) are required to have a valid MA license to legally operate a vehicle in MA. Out-of-state or foreign-licensed drivers MUST obtain a MA driver's license upon becoming a MA resident.

Massachusetts law defines residency status as follows:

You are a Full-year Resident if your legal residence (domicile) was in Massachusetts for the entire taxable year or if you maintained a permanent place of abode in Massachusetts and spent in the aggregate more than 183 days of the taxable year in Massachusetts, including days spent partially in and partially out of Massachusetts.

Example: Barry is a student at a university in Massachusetts. He lives in an off-campus apartment near the university. He moves into the apartment in September, 1988 and lives there until 1991. Since Barry is present in Massachusetts for more than 183 days and is maintaining a permanent place of abode since he has been living at this apartment for one year or more (September, 1988 – June, 1991), Barry is considered a resident of Massachusetts, even if his domicile is elsewhere and he intends to leave Massachusetts upon his future graduation.

There have been obscene property taxes on in MA over the years for vehicles registered to MA residents which MA wouldn’t dare to impose on the tens of thousands of out-of-state resident students who attend the hundreds of colleges in Ma. It is obvious from the form below that the 183 day rule doesn’t apply as a requirement that students obtain an MA license and registration.

Apparently MA only requires that “nonresident driver” students fill out a form declaring that they have adequate insurance and some other information and display a decal:

This applies to students commuting from out-of-state to a school in Massachusetts and students temporarily residing in Massachusetts, whether living on campus or not. This completed form must be filed with the Police department in the city or town where the school is located. The Police department must provide a copy to the school, the local assessor, and the RMV. The school will issue the required decal, which must be affixed to the uppermost center portion of the windshield. The penalty for a nonresident’s failure to comply as required is up to $200.00.”

The blogger known as BirtherReport and Sharon Rondeau claim to have had a two hour interview with Michael Shrimpton in which he elaborates on all of the claims he has made about Barry and his DNA and which world leaders supposedly know where Barry was born. They say there is a two-hour video of the interview that they will post shortly.

After watching the 1.5 hr. video from 2008, my conclusion regarding Shrimpton remains unchanged so far:

IMO, Shrimpton is either delusional or the worst sort of conman spinning tales that he knows cannot be properly investigated because claimed sources are all within intelligence circles of various nationa and bound by secrecy. Of course no sane person in intelligence would say a word to a blabbermouth like Shrimpton, IMO.

Could he be attempting to defuse the information the CCP is about to release?

I've felt for a long time now, that Orly Taitz has been working to protect Obama. She has been the one most responsible in the creation of the pejorative "birther". Everytime something would come out, she would jump on, and bring it forward in some nutty way.

I'm wondering if Shrimpton might be bringing his forward to defuse the impact of the CCP release, so the media can say "Look, this isn't anything new, they didn't really find anything, they are just bringing forth what this crazy British guy has been claiming for years! The CCP has scammed us and said they had something new - but they don't. Nothing to see. Move along now.".

I don’t think that is correct.

Mike Volin runs the wheresobamasbirthcertificate.com website and does a blogtalkradio show by that name (he readily admits both), but he has never claimed to run the Birther Report site and when he posts a comment there he uses the name Birther1 and signs the post Mile Volin.

You have a point, but we truth-seeking FReeper eligibility activists do have wide distribution with our collective ping lists.

I think caution is in order when putting articles up as NEW threads if there isn’t anything actually NEW. I prefer to try and draw in newbie FReepers with new evidence or claims of evidence of the sort that can be verified in court down the road rather than speculations and hearsay from known CT promoters like Shrimpton

Any FReeper can put up any article of course! Given the flames and brickbats I always receive even when posting solid articles, I at least like to have something to show for all the bruises.

a good chance Shrimpton is probably correct on many of his assertions, but without proof or evidence to back him up it is of diminished value. Brit intelligence reports and documentation would help immensely, and/or he could throw his sworn testimony in court if it ever comes to that.

Thanks. Although it looks as though someone else has already posted the interview teaser/fundraiser, I totally see the wisdom in your preference to not lend broader visibility to the Shrimpton thing. While I have no reason to demonize Shrimpton himself, I agree that thus far he has not really added any gravity to our arguments. As far as that goes, he ultimately may muddy the waters and diminish the overall credibility of those who want Obama’s identity deceptions to be taken seriously.

On a related note, it occurs to me that just because PPSimmons posted a video pinning Obama’s birth down to Kenya, and just because Gallups has appeared supportive of Shrimpton’s account, does not mean that Zullo will be revealing a finding that Obama was born in Kenya. On the contrary, my hunch is that whatever Zullo does know, he likely does not yet know where Obama was born. The reason I say so is because just a short time ago, Gallups hoisted up a couple videos/stories speculating that Obama was Indonesian born and potentially a descendant of the Subud leader.

If one of the facts Zullo has uncovered is Obama’s true birthplace, then why is it that Gallups has very recently taken steps that lend credibility to both of two mutually exclusive claims about his birthplace? If Zullo knows, then he and Gallups know that at least one of the two theories is misleading. I doubt Zullo would suffer Gallups to advance a theory that is very soon going to be proven dead wrong (and thus counterproductive). It is imaginable that Zullo has rock solid information that the purported long form is a forgery, but that does not presuppose that Zullo knows where the actual birthplace was or who the actual parents were. I get the feeling that many people are going to be disappointed on that count.

If anyone feels confident that Zullo does know Obama’s actual birth facts, I’d love to hear why. It’s likely I have missed something along the way.
